Shoulda just let him cry about his role. This is what he does when you give him minutes?!

  2. throwaway12870734

He is not an NBA caliber player

  3. thetruth0102

To be fair, he doesn’t give points but he gets rebounds and makes assists, but yeah he needs to score, still early in the season, hopefully he gets in his groove

  4. Bacca18121

Him and Sam are clearly experiencing the yips

  5. Pocket_Beans

yeah I like Pritchard but he needs to make some fucking buckets if he’s gonna be in the rotation

  6. gallinon

He can’t create clean looks for himself. He’s terrible defensively. He can’t run an offense and actually play like a point guard.

  7. uncriticalthinking

He’s terrible. He was like 3 steps behind as a defender in the playoffs too.

  8. PoiZoNxo

I wanna see Banton getting minutes over him. At least for now. Let’s see how he looks in Pritchards role

  9. chinesefox97

He has been making the right plays and playing hard but it’s hard to justify his minutes if he doesn’t make any shots.

  10. tralfazadams

We dont need him to rebound and too often he’s passing to get rid of the ball not moving it with purpose. He needs to be hitting shots to be worth the minutes he’s getting and he isn’t doing it.

I think it’s jus his confidence right now. He was playing way better than this his rookie or second year

  12. jjjuuubbbsss

    B-but his rebounding tho

He made and is still making money from his rookie year. What a steal… from the Celtics!

  13. DeucesWild10

I love PP but he needs to get some swagger going. He has it when he’s the focal point in the off-season but when he’s on with the starters, he looks like he wants to get rid of the ball asap.

    Btw, Nesmith breaking out 👍👍

I wish we had an actual coach that was competent enough to coach at the NBA level. They’d bench him or make sit a game or two to send a message. Pritchard is making the same mistakes repeatedly and there appears to be no consequences from the coach.

  15. BradMarchandIsCute

Sucks that his cap number doesn’t increase until the summer

  16. BerryStraws

Can’t trade him bc of the extension so just have to hope he plays better. I’m sure he will. He’s usually been solid

  17. ecclectic_collector

way too many people were actually defending Pritchard last year when he was bitching about his role and wanting to be traded while the team was on a title run. Atleast Grant Williams had the decency to wait until the offseason to tell Brad that he’d prefer to go to a situation where he could have a bigger role

  18. Scorgasmss

Celtics Alumni, Marcus Sasser has been killing it

  19. Kbrichmo

There are multiple guys on that bench that should be getting minutes over him. Its ridiculous. Its time for Joe to actually try something different with the bench and not just for a two minute stint

  20. smithcohan

Should have kept Nesmith and sent out Pritchard in Brogdon trade.

  21. You don’t even necessarily need to play Banton like some are saying. Should be Brissett or Stevens. It’s not like PP is actually a PG.

Put the bigger, defensive minded guys out there where you can at least be good on one side of the ball, and shit maybe they’ll knock down a 3 here and there unlike PP has.

  22. sleepymcnap

Unfortunately hes not an nba player.

  23. HoorayPizzaDay

Eye test almost seems worse, he sucks man. He isn’t an NBA player.

  24. killsafety

He blows. Out of the four players we lost, the brogdon trade is going to hurt us the most

  25. jeffhplays

Outside of the Indiana game, he has been awful man. Just not cut out for being the 7th guy

  26. PDiddy0607

I’ll probably get a lot of flack for this, but I’m not giving up on Pritchard yet. I feel like he has to find his groove considering the fact that he’s popped off before (i.e. Eastern Conference Finals vs. Bucks). It’s just disheartening to see so many people just give up on him, then eventually come back to praise him like the second coming of Jesus once he pulls a 20 point game.
