Marcus Sasser will be playing more at the expense of Ivey. Especially when Monty, Bogi, and Burks returns. Ivey will be buried on the bench when all those guys return. Monty does not value Ivey. He's holding him to a standard that no one else on the team is experiencing. Mark it down.

He may be the best player on the team right now, but this group plays better when they pass the ball. The more assists, the better they play on offense. Cade playing hero ball is not the way to finish game (currently).
17 turnovers.. you will beat nobody with this negative stat. I love the rebounds and FT%. The turnovers and fouls is how we lost this game. We committed more turnovers and fouls.

They lost this game because they choked from the late game pressure. The Bucks expect to win. The Pistons expect to lose. The Bucks made winning plays down the stretch. Once the Pistons got the lead they played not to lose. Once they start winning some games the culture will change and they will expect to win and will choke less.
Sasser has a floater in the lane that I haven't seen from a Piston in years! It is a difficult shot and he hits it at a pretty good percentage. It is a thing of beauty.

26:44 The Pistons do have players that will make teams change defense if they hit open threes. Bojan, Burks, and Morris will. I think even Sasser going off last night had an effect on the defense. They didn't tilt their defense so much toward Cade when Sasser was torching them. It will happen when those guys get back.
So, Ivey a 2nd year player is being punished for a lack of defense but Cade can average 6 turnovers a game, Killan bad shooting is not a liability? and Stweart lack of rebounding and off the ball defense is, okay? I know this, Ivey won 1 game this year for the Pistons. How many games have Killan won? Stweart? I remember that late great Chuck Daily, who introduced the first stretch 5 in nba history. He gave all his players opportunities to play to show their worth in real game situations. And if you want Ivey to learn defense give him the minutes plus time to do so. His scoring ability, going to the whole in a blur and 3 point shooting needs at least 35 minutes a game.

Sitting Killian in the 4th killed the D on Dame. Not to mention ball stops moving, turnovers go up because we seen this movie with Cade hero ball at the end. We might need 3 guard rotations majority of the season because we dont have any good bigs anyway besides Duran.
