2 weeks is like, ultra-best case scenario.

Which means I do *not* believe this at all knowing the Nets lmao.

2 weeks and then reevaluated and then another 2 weeks seems more like a Nets’ timeline.

    But I hope I’m wrong.

  2. Best case scenario LFG. Let’s see what we got with Lonnie Walker in the starting lineup in the meanwhile dude is a beast

Could’ve been much worse, but wow just some rough injury luck to start the season.

  4. LittIeTownBlues

Wow an initial report of 2 weeks probably means missing a month or so. Not bad at all with what I was expecting. He’ll be back at it before we know it!

Side note: you know you’re making a name for yourself in this league when Shams is reporting on you.

    Get well soon Cam 🤍🖤

I hope it’s just that. Ankle sprains could be funny, seeing how long it took Sabrina Ionescu and Joe Harris to recover. Heal up and come back stronger!

Get better soon, Cam! We’re rooting for ya!

So…that means FOUR weeks in ramp units right?

    1 week = 2 ramps ?

  9. Yeeeah no I don’t believe it they said 2 weeks but they’re probably going to be reevaluated after the 2 weeks and they’re going to add more days

But the most important thing is for CT to get back into form the season is long

We’ve never gotten a direct diagnosis like this. Like ever. Glad the organization stopped with the injury vagueness.

The words “ramp up” will always trigger me.

6 weeks minimum no doubt. Not the time to rush their young, potential face of the franchise.

  12. From what I understand, as long as he doesn’t have a history of spraining the same ankle, surgery is unlikely.

    Fingers crossed.

But yeah, 2 weeks is too optimistic.

I’m so glad we actually have a deep bench and scoring variety on this team. These news during the big 3 era was always met with dread because you just know our chances of winning games went to damn near zero. Im not as worried with Cam out because we still have enough grit, defense, and hopefully 3pt shooting to be competitive.
