Great bounce back game by the 3 whites (Hauser/PP/Kornet). Also elite offensive system!

  2. To me, it felt like we won the game with 10 minutes left in the fourth when pp got the offensive board and they fucking ENVELOPED him. But he pivoted a few times then found Hauser for the three.

Was proud of pp, Iā€™m sure he hears the chatter, but we need him to bring that kind of energy off the bench every night.

  3. thetruth0102

We all love PP but when he has off nights, it’s normal to criticize him, it doesn’t mean we hate him. Now, he has a great game, he deserves his flowers so we praise him. I just hope this is just the beginning. I love Hauser’s confidence too. Hope he becomes consistent. And of course, King Kornet he took advantage of his height coz the Nets don’t have bigs. This is a feel good game. On to the Raptors.

No Pritchard slander will be tolerated tonight

  5. DiscoCheatz

War againt theis has ended. The war on Kristaps has begun.

  6. Pritchard, Hauser, and Kornet just said STFU to half this sub.

  7. Tatum in the postā€¦besides fouling, did they stop him at all?

  8. I’m dying to know what DSJ said to Payton at the end of game there. Looks like Payton pointed at the score with the clapback.

  9. Great win tonight. Letā€™s get it tomorrow as well!

  10. Waesrdtfyg0987

Pritchard trash talking Dennis Smith at the end… love it

  11. Dirtykittenfart

Gino time in the play-in tournament! Love it!

  12. yesimthatonedude

JB haters and doomers back in their caves quick.

  13. beckthegreat

Fire Tatum, trade Mazzulla, toss JB into an active volcano, maroon Kornetā€¦

    Wait we won?

  14. tendadsnokids

Great win! Nets hit some absolutely insane shots. Good to see Prichard get a few buckets. Good all around game from him. Jayson dropping mini nuke runs. When the communication on defense gets locked down this team will be unbeatable.

  15. juice13ox

It seems like the DSJ beef with PP might be related to PP telling him not to hard foul his teammates when they beat the nets players to the hoop.

It was a 15 point game with 2nd units and the nets clobbered 2 of our players under the hoop because the nets got beat on defense not defending the paint

  16. LOL Jaylen interview ā€œtheyā€™re pretty goodā€ basically saying – they are nowhere near our level

  17. Valuable_Writing_763

God why does perk love to hate us and why does he love to make it a hot take

  18. SinibusUSG

Excellent win. Itā€™s an injured Nets team thatā€™s not necessarily great to begin with, but they got the result they should against a team like that.

  19. Square_Celebration44

If Jaylen Brown can keep his head out of his ass weā€™ll be fine

  20. Georgia4life

I’m always confused as to why Indy let go Oshae. He was a great fit there and was getting play time

  21. Missed the game tonight. Noticed Porzingis had 25 minutes and only two fouls. He didn’t get injured did he?

  22. Ok_Acanthaceae6057

Professional finish to the game. Good to see not playing down to the opposition.

  23. zgamer200

As a believer in Luke Kornet as the 3rd big for the Celtics(at least for the regular season), I gotta say I’m feeling pretty vindicated atm.

  24. Noborhood

Alright, with Kornet, Hauser and PP all putting in prime performances are we done with the ā€œbring back Theisā€ nonsense?

  25. I know Pritchard is the one getting talked up the most from this game but Kornet looked so damn good out there. He’s pretty mobile for his size and always hustles every play. I think he’s pretty serviceable as the extra big who can soak up the minutes that KP and Horford rest this season.

  26. Independent_Worker67

Loved how aggressive JB was. Need that from him every night. PP with big plays that won us the game as well and hauser should never stop shooting. Loved the energy tonight from the team

  27. 693275001

    KP gets no touches

Nets are so small, KP shouldā€™ve gotten 15 post looks

  28. paintingfainter

Like I said 2 days ago when we were reeling from the Philly loss, they were gassed. It was never that deep and we were always going to bounce back! Great game to get the W streak going again.

  29. I’ve been worried about ball
movement over the past games, but they are moving the ball better in this game. 29 assists to 41 FG is a good indication

  30. Acepitcher4

This was a great win for the C’s Pritchard did his thing all night long getting them boards not ball watching, tbh I don’t want to hear anything about this team after seeing that Lakers rocket’s game, if the C’s were playing like that I’d understand some of the fan’s concerns but they aren’t.

  31. Cool_Alternative_466

When Luke kornet makes a no look pass on you, you know itā€™s joever.

  32. CantHandlemyPP34

As someone who is objectively critical of Mazz, I liked what I saw tonight. Not just because we won.

It seemed like guys were getting *good* shots and the offense looked organized tonight with the right reps for the right players. KP only getting 4 FGA’s is WEIRD but I loved what I saw from everyone else. Jrue and PP need to get their FG% up tho.

I loved seeing the deeper bench players get minutes. Even if a guy comes in and does next to nothing (cough cough Svi) I believe throwing different bodies out there that opposing teams haven’t game planned for, rather than the same 7 everybody knows – is helpful and causes confusion because it makes the offense less predictable. Going from “oh we know everything they’re gonna do and all their tells” to defending a guy you’ve never seen before, takes away their confidence and puts them on the back foot. I hope to see Joe use guys like Svi, Brissett, Banton, Stevens and Queta whenever he’s finally cleared.

I don’t know what the hell is going on with Lamar. I see his facial expressions on the sidelines and his body language seems a bit negative. I wonder if he’s unhappy with his role and if his vibes are the biggest reason why Joe outright REFUSES to give him any run. It’s something I’ll be keeping an eye on, because IMO he is probably our best backup after PP, Horford and Kornet.

I loved what I saw from JB tonight. I think we’re at our best when he is aggressive from jump street and pumps up the points. It takes so much pressure off our other starters and let’s guys play their roles. Tatum obviously has the highest ceiling, but has extremely high variance because of his reliance on shooting – so, behind Kristaps, I see JB as our most consistent volume scorer. Getting Jaylen going and keeping him locked in is so important to our future success, cause he goes hard on defense and is decisive with the ball. We all know how detrimental he is when he’s unfocused and Tatum gets frustrated and apathetic. Jrue and DWhite are at their best as complementary scorers and facilitators.

Huge shout out to Luke tonight. So happy to see him play well. We absolutely need him to be steady, as Al continues to decline. Also, PP looked nice tonight and made a positive impact across the board. I really, really hope his shot starts to fall, cause that’s our biggest need from him and he really can’t have much more of a role unless he can offer some shooting on a consistent basis – OR become a more consistent playmaker. His passing was sharp tonight and I think he needs to continue to focus on becoming a traditional PG, as it gives him a positive tool that will keep him in the league, when his shooting isn’t there.

GIANT shout out to Hauser tonight. He’s my favorite backup and imo our most valuable. Dude is the best and most consistent shooter on this team and his defense looked great tonight. Hauser is our actual 6th man imo and he’s been keeping us afloat with his shooting, while PP and Al have been frozen from 3. Dropping 15 points tonight on 50% shooting was incredible. We need more of that. With good performances from our starters + Hauser sniping + Kornet and PP looking servicable + Joe providing good gameplans/rotations/coaching + utilization of our depth players, we are a wagon.
