What about shoes with wide toe box? The wide feet shoes I feel like sometimes are for a wide midfoot but not forefoot
Harden vol.7 was a steal for me. Not only did I get it around ~$121 (6,750 php) but it also fits my foot type well. From the other shoes I've worn before knowing this channel, I had problems with my midfoot cramping. Watching your vids helped me know more about my foot and what shoes are good for me. Thus, eliminating my midfoot cramps. Thanks Doc!
