Looking forward to watching this team for the next couple weeks

Most **impressive** win of the season. No Jimmy. No Herro. On the road, against a Hawks team that was averaging 122PPG to start the year and we went in there and let them know who’s daddy for 4 straight quarters. I think Atlanta’s gonna be solid this year too, potential Top 6 seed.

    * Bam is on *another* level right now. He had a 2nd Q sequence for 2min where he had multiple deflections, rebounds, assists, and scores literally involved everywhere and then in the 4th Q even while taking double teams he’s hitting fadeaways and getting **every** clutch rebound. He’s been fearless going right at Porzingis/AD/Fake JJJ in terms of matchups. Been so much fun to watch.
    * JJJ with his 1st career 20-point game! He is so aggressive and savvy.
    * J-Rich! Just a game after everyone here wanted him benched he goes 6/6 from the field to start the game lmao, glad he couldn’t miss tonight hope it’s a big confidence booster
    * Duncan’s evolution has been wild. 2 years ago, he was goes 1/10 from 3 and we’re all pissed since that’s the ONLY thing he could do. With how he’s able to occasionally attack the rim it adds such another element. Those open 3’s will hit in future games
    * [Just linking one of the most fun sequence scores of the entire season](https://twitter.com/MiamiHEAT/status/1723524127686820260)
    * Our ability to make it a single digits 6pt game final min is legit unparalleled

Hell of a result. It’s like the rest of our guys play better when they see our stars are out. Dejounte scares me way more than Trae with how he had the hot-hand tonight. Back-to-back against Wemby will be tough but can’t wait regardless!

Who would’ve thought we’d have the same record as the Bucks lol. Except we’ve won 4 in a row. We trending up bucks trending down

  5. manokies

Lots of things to commend tonight. Bam being a 2-way monster, Locksmith defense, Rook 2 getting his shot back, Lowry in his raptors self, JJJ stepping up big time while Jimmy’s out, Duncan’s floaters and drives (i hope he hits those threes tho).

But I really just want to give Dru Smith his props. Great defense all around, disrupting passes and forcing turnovers, not doing too much and just playing winning basketball when he’s in.

    Game summary:

    1) Bam 2024 DPOY
    2) JJJ 2024 ROTY
    3) Stop disrespecting Lowry 🍑 (esp on vets day)

Hawks are carnivores, which means that their diet is animal based. Their diet consists of mice, rats, voles, squirrels, rabbits, insects, smaller birds, frogs, turtles and reptiles, and Ls from the Heat. 🔥

  8. WE STREAKIN’ BABY!!!! HEY DOOMERS GO FUCK YOURSELVES!!!!! HEAT ABOVE .500!!!!!

  9. Trendelthegreat

    Dru smith tricked y’all

He just out there, running around, doing everything

  10. RansomGoddard

We’re hitting Prime Bam years and I think that’s really beautiful

  11. ballsphemyy

Going for the 5 game win streak tomorrow vs wemby!!!! Let’s go heat 🔥

  12. surgeyou123

Great win. Good to see JRich back to form

    Jaime is legit.

  13. thatboipurple

Lowry can be reliable if used right, there’s still gas in the tank.

  14. TheBoook

Spo’s favorite game of the year. A sickos game for him

  15. iliveonramen

JRich looking like he’s figuring it out

    Jaime looking great

    Lowry turned back the clock

    And…best for last…Bam looking like a beast

  16. MediocreDVaMain

I hope I’m not overreacting but Jaime Jacquez might be the greatest basketball player ever. Kidding aside, the Heat scouting has had more Ws than Ls especially if they stick to their guy in the draft.

  17. pushthekay

Now this is the Heat basketball I’ve missed. Hopefully they can keep building some momentum. JJJ looked great, bunch of silly rookie mistakes towards the end but that’s as expected.

  18. BoulderAndBrunch

Always felt like the lead was slipping away but it never did.

  19. chitownbulls92

Okay if they can get a point guard and Bam keeps up this pace into the playoffs….

  20. Canesjags4life

JJJ. Once he fixes his 3 pt shooting ohh man.

  21. shorttttt

Lowry… what a season he’s having, just an insanely smart player. Jaime, dru and jrich chose the best time to step the fuck up. Disappointing game from duncan but he’ll be back fosho

  22. Own-Marsupial-4448

Oh yeah ball movement is unstoppable!! Great to see!!

  23. faatgay

Bam was insane on both ends of the court. He deserves that DPOY

  24. jar-jar24

Great game all-around. Special shoutout to Dru Smith, who has been playing good ball to start this year despite all the haters (myself included)

  25. Garkech

When Pat said “we like our team” I felt that

  26. BrandNewGuys3

Spo is a MASTER at his craft. That’s all.. GO HEAT BABYYYYY

  27. HoldR2ForLongerLife

A defensive masterclass. The three point shooting was spotty, but other than that the offense flowed really well considering we’re without our top 2 offensive weapons.

Jaime’s finishing is just so fucking smooth, I don’t think I’ve seen him miss a layup lol. If he could just make those wide open threes in a respectable clip, I can see him being a ROY finalist, he’s not gonna win for sure, but he’ll be a finalist.

I know a lot of people in this sub absolutely hate Dru Smith, but I haven’t seen “bad” minutes from him tbh. He’s either had good or “doesn’t help us to win, but doesn’t help us lose” minutes.

  28. faatgay

Dru Smith and JRich played really well hitting their shots and playing great defense

  29. ablslyr

Miami’s big three of Bam, Jaquez and Richardson is going to win us a chip, you heard it first here folks.

  30. Own-Marsupial-4448

JJ needs that time to shine!! Love to see him down the road!!

  31. drpepper7557

It breaks my heart that Jaime Jaquez doesn’t sound exactly like Inigo Montoya

  32. faatgay

Jaime gets his buckets within the offense so easily which is great. Whats even better is his ability to push the pace and make the right play with a pass or layup. This dude just needs to figure out the 3 point shot and he will be huge for our playoff run.

  33. XanderAndretti

Glad we could hand the hawks announcers a fat L.

  34. Simple-Ad-7866

This team basically remembers what the Hawks did last season in the play-in and came out from a vengeance. gg

  35. masterace01

Bam is incredible. We are so blessed.

  36. LeonPrePAstudent

Are we starting the Dru Smith apology train yet??

  37. MargielaMan568

Another Bam masterpiece. He was insane on both ends of the floor tonight

  38. MiamiSportsGuru

Bruh my favorite thing to watch this season has been Dru Smith Putting his balls directly in alot of yall’s mouth.

i love the kid, i think he’s a winning player.

Spo shows why he’s smarter than yall once again

  39. Nice_Ass_Lawn

Dru played great today. Bam was a monster. Lowry has been good all year. JRich bounced back. Highsmith defensively is RIDICULOUS. Trae couldn’t do anything on him except bomb from halfcourt.
