Doesn’t sound like he knows how to Utilize Brook at all.

  2. Dude is stupid.

WE used to pound teams on the glass and now we fucking suck thanks to him.

once griffin did this we actually chipped into the lead, don’t forget the starters made that 20 gap happen in the first place. Ill defend griffin because by far HES THE EASIEST ONE TO BLAME

Our window is 2-3 more years MAX if it isn’t already closed. Bring Bud back and just roll with all of his negatives throughout the next few years and then we’ll be shit after everyone retires so it won’t matter anymore

I’ll be frank, Brook Lopez has shit body language when he isn’t the focal point of our defensive scheme and for someone who is a leader on this team, that’s unacceptable. I don’t blame him for being unhappy that he’s getting cooked on the perimeter at times but the Brooklyn game aside, he hasn’t exactly been super effective in the drop either. Whether it’s cause our POA defense is non existent with Beasley and Cam Payne(this is what I personally think the issue is), or whether he just can’t keep up anymore, he needs to quit pouting. This team also needs to stop sitting players for rest or minutes restrictions until they start showing us they can routinely put it together. You can’t turn half a roster over, bring in a new coach and then sit guys every other night on top of that and expect to build consistency or good habits. I am still optimistic we put it together enough to make a post season run but damn if I am not disappointed with our performance to date.

  6. Is that the pHd he had taught him all these patience with process and staying calm at adversity? besides him randomly or intentionally got ejected the other night, it seems to me he doesn’t have that fire that dog in him. Some guy in the live thread calling out his puppy looking eyes as if he doesn’t know what’s happening at all.

I always like coaches who get under player skins, holding all players accountable regardless of how good they are.

  7. You have a dpoy candidate in Brook and you’re not using him. Brook should be playing drop any chance they get.

Lol this guy is not a good coach. This is a classic case of stubborn coach who tries to implement a scheme he’s familiar with and not one that brings the best out of his players. Offensively and especially defensively.

I’ve been concerned since the first few games of the season. They are always playing from behind and it takes Giannis or Dame to go nuclear to scrape by.
