I agree w/all u said here. Cronin's Norm/Roco trade was poorly executed. The CJ trade as well to a lesser degree.
Everything else he's killed it. The Shmitz hire, Dame trade, & draft selections (Scoot will be fine).
I now trust him to extract solid value out of Brogdon, Mattise, Grant etc and to bring in a visionary coach who will guide this team in a way CB can't.
Blazers seem to have a lot of guys who've been waiting for Dame to step out of the light so they can shine.
You can’t be most improved player of the year if you were a Rookie, that’s called doing what your supposed to in the second Year playing which is Grow and get better that’s Expected to happen this award is for players that play like garbage for years and finally have a breakout year or it a Star play that had a bad year or couple years and had a season that reminded people how he used to play and can still play at that level again not for a 2nd year player…freakin A y’all are acting like dude had a full college career and been playing for 5-7 years in the NBA and Also spent time in the G-league Seriously calm down This Kid Is Gonna Dominate the NBA by the time he turns 25 he’s literally just learning h ow to play….damn can’t you chill and realize that this is a 20 year old young man let him grown and learn then watch him dominate……I would love for Portland to trade for Jaden Ivey so.
