  1. That’s so dangerous. Bro could literally snap someone’s leg in half being that careless. Luckily Covington noticed and jumped backwards.

that is ABSURD lmao get this man on Shaqtin immediately

  3. Dangerous_Road2733

I expected this to be hating but this shit is wild lol ngl

  4. AndoArugula

Someone in the crowd shouted “Do a barrel roll!”

  5. ExpectedOutcome2

Why? He already got the foul. It’s truly remarkable stuff. Study his brain for science. Why does he like to throw his 300lb body on the floor?

  6. antipistonsandsixers

I’ll never understand what people like about that player

  7. If the two players below the rim were a bit closer they could have said goodbye to their legs

  8. Relevant_Increase394

Aren’t they supposed to punish flopping now

  9. pistol_singh

Looks like he’s copying Alex Ovechkin’s goal vs Coyotes circa 2006.

  10. Title had me intrigued in the first half not gonna lie. But in the second half, I was like, of course.

  11. JuiceMayo

That’s a huge, huge man just recklessly throwing his body near peoples legs

  12. allygaythor

He spun like Palpatine when the jedis confronted him.

Embiid gets the best whistle in NBA. This is a charge and a flop. Yet the officials reward him. Pathetic.

  14. Efficient_Art_1144

Sixers fans gotta stop with this “actually, this is the proper way to fall” nonsense and embrace the Flop.

    Signed, a Marcus Smart fan

I thought the ANT poster was the highlight of the night. I stand corrected.

37/13/7 and this is the post? Clearly a defensive foul and widely known Embiid goes to the ground intentionally (doctors told him to) to take pressure off his legs when he loses balance.

  17. Just as spectacular is the blocking call by the sideline ref… His moment to shine and he nails it.

  18. The Tarzan yodel makes it seem like Embiid is the one doing the shouting before diving into the paint LMAOOOO this shit is hilarious on repeat LOL

This is what I hate about the NBA. A lot of fans think this should’ve been an offensive foul on Embiid which IMO also is a soft call. The NBA needs more no-calls in situations like this. Don’t punish Embiid or the defender with an additional foul (and the accompanying turnover/free throws), just let them play. A no-call here would be perfectly fine; just let Embiid look kinda dumb for this ridiculous sell-job.

The problem is that the refs don’t think this way. They operate as if this play HAS to be a foul on SOMEONE, so more often than not the offensive player will be rewarded. If the NBA went with no-calls more in situations like this then we’d see these plays die down.

  20. Why didn’t he just do a handspring and land on his feet?

  21. MishaAaron

I honestly think he was just trying to fall on his back and it turned out looking like he was sniped. It’s a flop, but I think he’s way too tall to afford just falling naturally

  22. DrBigChicken

    37/13 and we’re 8-1

God I wanna win the title so bad just for the salt on this sub lol
