I believe the NBA and the Charlotte Hornets knew about this incident that happened in October or November of 2022 he got the late warrant on .
His Exgirlfriend also said he deserves a second chance and this was in 2023 a few weeks before he signed his one year offer. Miles is also producing evidence about his innocence for his upcoming case this week

Charlotte should be exciting next season how Orlando is now. 1 more lottery guy, the NBA handed Wembanyama to San Antonio he really should've been in Charlotte. That was Adam Silver handed Greg Popovich another solid big to build around since Kawhi shocked them an wanted out. An it's gonna take 3 years to see if taking Miller or Scoot was smart because Ausar looks like he should've been a top 3 pick so far so time will tell but Charlotte needs 1 more piece. Gordon Terry Lamelo these aren't leaders. Lamelo can be but I don't see it. Someone of Lamelo skillset should be averaging 15 PPG 13 APG, he can literally do this if he wants but everyone wants to score score score an score that's why most All-star today will retire ringless.

Was getting so excited abt Miller's start to the game. Looked like a for sure breakout regarding scoring/efficiency. Total "we just can't have nice things" moment when I saw him tweak. Just….c'mon, BBall Gods. WTHell, man?
I feel more and more wrong abt my initial Miller takes all the time. That dude has more toughness, handles, and just "game" than I gave him credit for. Regarding this one specific pick and this one specific pick only, I'm glad there were ppl smarter than me making it.
I think Williams will be a great asset in the long run and a hit or miss one in the short term.
He gets bullied by more physical big men, and they know they can do it to him. That will take a year or two of off-season weight training to truly fix. Unless he simply has the heart of a punk ass, which I don't think he does, I believe he will be much better at handling more physical players in the seasons to come. I also think he will be able to hit a corner three or two down the road. Not worried at all abt him at this point.
I'm also remaining optimistic abt this season. If we can ever get truly healthy, a 10 man rotation something like Ball, Rozier, Miller, Heyward, Bridges, PJ, M. Williams, N. Richard's, C. Martin, and (Thor, Nitlikina) even if flawed in some ways is not terrible and should be fun to watch.
Just want to see these guys get a chance to have a relatively healthy stretch to play together the way Clifford wants, and I think if that happens we would start to see some good, competent ball and a decent record as a result.
My guess is that will take a while, and we will not be crashing the playoffs this year, but if I can see that happen over the course of the year and feel good going into next season, I'll take that from 2023-24.

How is it that he gets a criminal summons and not her considering she also had a restraining order? Why is she dropping the kids off to the house. And, it seems that while she does her dirt in the other 2 incidents when she stole his dog and when she sat out on his property for 6 hrs when only he had the restraining order she always brings the kids? I know you guys are only looking at it from miles perspective and his mistakes but his baby moms seems to be batsh1t crazy and maybe she shouldn't have custody of the kids. Watch who you lay with fellows.
Hornests have quality players, that are capable of making playoff. The only thing the team lacks at the moment is a competent coach. Clifford is too stiff and rigid to experiment and explore rookies on his roster. He does not inspire the players at all.
