So frustrating to see Jokic doing so much right… and they still lose! That's rare. But the non-Jokic minutes were really bad this time. These are the minutes when Murray should be there to stabilize and aim at getting even.

He wasn’t chasing any stat, is considered unathletic yet got 21 rebounds while playing with his front court being 2 6ft 10 guys, and he almost brought them back from like 10 down with less than 2 minutes to go,

I a big Nuggets fan…but you have to give Rockets there due…they played great D. Denver bench is young but very talented. Denver will be in playoff without least 66 wins (probably more) and the bench will be seasoned and gelled by then with ROT..its still very early.

The trick in Jokic's case is balancing scoring and assisting. Bear in mind he is their best offensive option. He manages somehow to do both. Look at high volume passers, Kidd, Nash, Magic, Stockton, they all had fairly pedestrian scoring numbers. To combine volume and efficiency in both scoring and passing is almost possible, they are sometimes conflicting objectives. Therefore Steph has so-so assist numbers since he has to score first. Jokic does both at high volume / high efficiency, which is why he is the better offensive player.
Dude is averaging 30 points, 14 rebounds and 8 assists on 60% field goal percentage. People hate on him so much it's crazy. He should have 3 straight mvps and this season going for his 4th straight mvp.

What if you had a front court of Jokic and prime Joakim Noah? Tall for the 4/5 but ive seen Noah guard 1-5 before. Noah was also a very good passer for being a big. He could bring it up the floor and play incredible defense.
