[Winfield] Kristaps Porzingis says he’s more effective as a No. 3-4 option in Boston than as No. 1 or No. 2 elsewhere.

  1. Really good read, everytime I see something from KP I feel he is extremely mature, this is a young-ish team that is so mature for the NBA its wild.

Better for his health too. And he can step into that #1 role if Tate/PP are having a rough night

The Jays finally having the third guy be a big instead of a point guard is just amazing for the team fit.

Especially when the two guards are White and Holiday

I love having an all star caliber center on this team.

No offense to horford or williams but zingis really elevated the team.

Man, picking up a massively hyped high draft pick who didn’t quite live up to expectations, ended up bouncing around a bit, but has now become really comfortable in his skin and self aware in his game is awesome.

Kp and jrue have both exceeded my expectations significantly. Our problems still exist with jaylen turning the ball over and us getting very reliant on the 3. But having KP dive to the paint and using that action breaks us out of that spell. When jrue has the ball in his hands I feel calm and I love it

NBA fans / journalists were to busy hyping up the dame trade when in fact the KP is looking more impactful he’s playing better and fitting in better than dame

I was clueless about this guy and just bumming about Marcus but I’ll eat my crow because he’s absolutely stellar to watch!

For those too young to see the original big three play, it is reminiscent of that again.

    Bird (Tatum) was the man
    McHale (Brown) was #2

Parrish more importantly knew his role and sticked with it. He knew he was the third guy and was fine with it. He could have gone somewhere else and been “the guy” and tossed up more point but he was happy to be where he was. Like Porzingas

  10. I love that man seriously. He is leading the ‘everyone sacrifice for each other and the team’ movement for the Celtics
