  1. Ngl when we were down 7-4 and Zion fumbled the steal out of bounds I thought ah shit here we go again lol.

Easily best game of the year for us. Putting Dyson on Luka and Herb on the 5 so he was the switchman on PnRs was a stroke of genius. Herb has taken a leap. Dude is a bonafide NBA player and DPOY candidate.

Naji was an awesome spark off the bench tn. Hawkins was incredible. Zion and BI looked great too. Also JV lowkey took flight on a dunk tonight. Great therapy game.

  2. Beneficial-Video-592

Is this what a modern offense looks like?

  3. HeppyHenry

Recollecting our injured players like Infinity Stones. Naji is the first, and what a showing!

  4. BobMarleynthewhalers

Herb Jones set the tone. He was infectious on defense.

  5. _Wado3000

I can believe maybe a player’s meeting happened and the guys wanted to work harder for each other tonight. But also, Borrego has to have a **significant** voice going forward.

Whatever happened needs to keep going, this was the ass whipping we need to hand out night to night.

  6. Senor_Pug

Pels are 1-1 since I got mad and bought a Herb Jones city edition jersey in the 3rd quarter of last game leaving the arena.

  7. GatorEggs-

My pels sheets are in the washer, who’s house we flocking at tn?

  8. Ureallyworemasks

Let the idk if willie green can lead this team conversations begin…

  9. SpaceAfricanJesus

    33 assists to 12 turnovers.

All starters had at least 4 assists.

In the words of Antonio Daniels “the ball has energy”.

  10. Mesame121489

JB killed it tonight. Also man crazy how well the team plays when the whole second line isn’t completely hurt.

  11. AnotherStatsGuy

Herb for MVP. He just does so much for this team. It’s Jrue-like.

  12. Our bench is finally not 3rd stringers and you could tell

  13. Cautious-Apartment-9

Best game of the year. Herb for 1st team all defense

  14. Impressive-Theory-27

I actually saw Jonas being used properly, am I high?

  15. hourhandqq

The first time I enjoy watching the Pels this season. Everyone involved in the offense, it’s fluent, decisive. I don’t know what happen

  16. Funny how we go from shit show to champs when we were down our head coach.

  17. First time Iistening to Borrego now. He is obviously much more knowledgeable than Willie. He needs to be the head guy going forward

  18. RaspberryOld6983

So bummed I missed the game to work late…..

My family doesn’t need me the rest of the season, right?

  19. Impressive-Theory-27

after 11 games one thing i’ve noticed about hawk is his rebounding, we all know he’s got an absolute wetta, but he rebounds like a monster, he skys so high for it!

  20. Missed the game, last thing I saw was our head coach was out…

    The hell happened here?? 😭

  21. 我必须再说一遍!琼宝牛逼!没有琼宝鹈鹕啥也不是!怕你们看不懂中文 我用英文来一遍I must say it again, Herb! The Pelicans are nothing without Herb!

  22. Woockawoo

We’ll never forget “you gotta fight”, but if Willie comes back and this team stagnates.. then we’ve found the problem.

  23. It nice to not have to see Willie double down on a defensive rotation with no offense to blow double digit leads.

Willie is a pretty decent coach, but it really feels like he isn’t a good fit for our personnel.

His all or nothing defensive mindset is becoming an albatross to what’s obviously the team’s strength.

It shouldn’t take your coach getting sick to finally bench Kira and realize he’s lack of shooting is not functional.

  24. Herb was a killer. He has to let the NBA know he doesn’t lay down

  25. Having Herb on the court makes every other defender better. He sets the tone, Naji shows up to keep the energy going, and everyone else follows

  26. Units4ever

I said before the game if Herb plays we have a chance.

Never have I loved to watch a pels player more, he’s THE leader on this team man.

Shout-out to dyson too, my boy was competing from the tip on Luka.

Naji deserves some love too he’s looked real good in his 2 games back

  27. I don’t normally watch post game interviews but James Borrego (hopefully that’s spelt correctly). His interview is super impressive, very clear and I know it’s after a win but he’s speaking with confidence.

  28. My wife was discharged from the hospital, just in time for her birthday, and the Pelicans pull it all together for a W.

    I am living good today.
