Look at this sequence (1:14-ish) where he's begging his teammate to push the ball up to him and the teammate slow rolls it up to half court before noticing and passing to him. Even during just highlights, I can see him call for the ball at moments he can tell he has his opponents beat, and his teammates are slow AF to notice and the moment slips away or the defense makes an adjustment before the offense exploits it. That's the problem with the Spurs supporting cast right now: they're slow AF and they can't see that they can literally TOSS the ball up into fregging space around the rim and he will get it, and put in the hoop.
