He passed that test. He stood up for himself but didn’t let Thompson bait him into doing something stupid.

Still dumbfounded he got punished for that. I get you’re not supposed to escalate it but what was he supposed to do he got his jersey by his necked grabbed first and pushed first.

Love my dude. Though I do wish he didn’t get sucked in to Klays lame attempt to getting to him…and it working. Jaden still probably has to get his emotions under control some more and let the refs handle the other players bs. We could have lost this game and it would have stemmed from McDaniels getting ejected. But overall just glad we won and team is okay.

I absolutely think this was Kerr’s gameplan- get ultra-physical from the jump and bait our guys into getting ejected. And then when both Draymond and Klay got tossed he was all, “Stop the count!”

Warriors load management strategy.. can’t sit all 3 at once.. but the remaining 2 can be kicked out 2 minutes in

I love Big Mac. Dude won’t back down from anyone. Has improved every year since he’s been in the league. Ant might be the engine behind this franchise, but McDaniels is the heart.
Also, Klay Thompson is a little beyatch. He knows he’s old and the Warriors are done. Dude didn’t want the s moke tonight so he had to play dirty to excuse himself.

You can not shake this guy. How are you going to look at this interview and say he was the aggressor? Kerr wanted to take out our no.1 defender. That plan backfired. Draymond is a waste of breath. Rudy is the peacemaker.

man this whole thing.
Klay grabbed Jaden’s jersey, so Jaden grabbed Klays and yanked him, egven ripped the jersey. So big deal, game moves on. It was so early in the game I completely understood refs just tossing them early to avoid this getting worse.
But listening to Steve Kerr (losing bit of respect for Kerr on this), Kerr claims it was the other way around completely, blaming Jaden for instagating and pulling jersey first. Then, blames Gobert saying he had grabbed Klay’s neck (WUT?), and he says that’s why Green jummed in with a rear naked choke hold on Rudy. What a douche Kerr is being. Fine, stand up for your players Kerr but we don’t need him adlibbing events and describing the sky as the color green. just stfu.
What Kerr should be doing is admonishing Green’s actions and letting kids watching and the rest of his team know that this is going too far, what Green did do. Stand up for good basketball ethics now Kerr. Or just be the douche I heard on the post game regarding this and we’ll remember you that way. It’s too bad because the rest of his post game interview was great listening to him talk about his depth players and what goes into winning. But if he’s not going to draw a line in front of Green then he’s just pandering to that joker and things like hitting his own teammate in practice or choke holds on opponents is just going to continue. It tells the rest of his teams this is fine too. Like watching CP try to take out Conley’s knees the game before.
Finch sent Gobert home during the swing at Slomo game last year and publicly let it be known that doesn’t fly. Those two owned their actions and made up, play on same team today well. Where GSW shipped Jordon Poole out and kept defending Green’s actions. So it continues, enabled by Kerr.
Jaden always cool hand luke after the fact. But Yeah Jaden, yanking that jersey enough to rip it says he hit the rev limiter too. Sort of like that day he broke his hand on the concrete wall causing him to miss the playoffs. He missed the rest of this game for this. I would rather he stop getting himself out of these games. But I realize his defense is just so stifling that there are bound to be players that can’t handle it. So this may not be the last.

Klay has been struggling and even visibly irritated with himself during games. After that early airball I think Jaden got under his skin. Then it looked like Klay gave him a stiff arm on the Wolves end. Jaden just reciprocated. Not gonna lie I thought the reaction could have been worse on Jadens part but sounds like we have Conley to thank for that.
