Don’t agree that he should be fired but thought it was a pretty good article. Lots of data showing some pretty concerning evidence so far but it’s definitely too early to think that can’t change. Think the strongest point was that the team isn’t in a position to watch a coach grow and develop. We have a 2-3 year window and hate to waste one of those years on a coaching experiment.
Much more concerning than a habitual sooner here was Frank echoing the concerns and alluding to internal skepticism in the org.
