  1. Maybe Pwill is and always will be a garbage player. Problem is the bulls FO set him up for failure by drafting him in a franchise player spot and then putting him behind 3-4 guys and not allowing any real development. Top 4 pick and not even part of the core is retarded.

So we won't find out, until they decide to blow up the team or trade him to someone else, what his potential is.

  2. These comments are wild… Talking about just give Williams the keys as if he’s Maxey or Wemba 😂 Williams is a good role player at best. He will never be an All Star caliber player. He would have shown that in year two but he didn’t. Keep in mind that it didn’t take Klaw long before Pop knew what he had. The same goes for Edwards… Those players show you who they are out the gate. What you don’t want is a player that only looks good because he’s on a trash team.

  3. Man how long do you want them to wait on his development it's obvious he don't have the grit and grind if so not here

  4. Don’t think anyone reasonable wants to trade him in the first place, at this rate being optimistic he might just be a high usage player in order to achieve his talent and moving Zach/DeMar would help

  5. I think if you package him with either Lavine or Demar it works out. The real problem is he is in a contract year so you have to make the choice of extending him or losing him.

  6. I've been saying this for years, we should of traded Patrick Williams back when he actually had trade value. Never bought into the hype for him. Because now he is looking more and more like the next Eddy Curry. A 4th overall pick that ended up being a bust.

  7. It’s crazy how some people think they can make a judgment off of one game. So what if Pat goes off without Demar for one game. We need to see CONSISTENCY

  8. The NBA is obviously a gamble and some people (team owners) are better gamblers than others or have better luck. I agree some players look like they are obviously going to be good in the NBA but look at players like Zion he looked like a for sure gamble but so far he’s in question

  9. Trading Pat is a good move because it will help build a winning culture in the locker room. If I was his teammate I would be mad at him for not giving his full effort. I think trading him sets the standard for the team and sends the message that if you are not giving 110% we don’t want you on the team. Put in effort or get traded. Then see how fast things turn around

  10. The problem with Pat Williams is not his skill or physical abilities. He does not have the competitive aggressiveness needed to be a statistical leader on this team even if he was in a void with no other stars on this team.

  11. I'm willing to blow it up at this point. We can keep Coby, P. Will, Drummond, Craig, and Ayo…start the rebuild now with whatever pieces and trade chips we can acquire for the Medium 3 and Caruso and call it good. Zach, Caruso, Debo and Vooch deserve a shot at a ring, and it won't happen in Chicago. The only way Chicago will be good is if they draft an absolute stud that is great regardless of the coaching situation. For which we'll need some of that San Antonio Wemby type of draft "luck".

  12. It's a really depressing time to be a Bulls fan… The team is collapsing into a rebuild, and literally zero young players on the team to be excited about.

  13. Bulls need to keep
PAT TRADE DEMAR TRADE ZACH KEEP VOOCH ADD A DEFENSIVE 4 ADD A 2 that can shoot the ball and start COBY A GOOD SHOOTING 2 PAT A DEFENSIVE 4 and Vooch that’s a winning starting lineup there

  14. As long as we don't overpay for him, I'm fine keeping him. If we can get him for 15 million a year, it might be a steal in the long run. Anything more, we can let him walk.

  15. Trade everyone is a good idea for the Bulls. This team can't win a championship. Sell players for picks.

  16. Trade demar zach caruso and vooch for a shit load of 1st. Let coby and pat go nuts the rest of the way and see what you have in them and reevaluate them the rest of the year. Why is this so fucking hard for AK bowling bowl head ass to get?

  17. I'm still on board with Pat. I know he's passive Pat, but I think after the inevitable Zach trade, the roster will force Pat to take more of an active offensive role. The young cats are the future. Keep them.

  18. The problem is Billy Donovan. There is a lot of talent on the team. We can't get rebounds? Then why are Terry Taylor and Julian Phillips not getting minutes? Why is DeMar standing around for most of the game? Why is their offence exactly the same as last year? Why is Jevon Carter not playing more? Why does every Bull look dejected. If we do not fire DONOVAN immediately no matter who we trade will not matter. No one wants to play for him anymore because he is so ineffective and lost as a leader and strategist. He is the wrong coach. Get rid of him and let's see if we can right the ship. Guys like Spoelstra and Udake are winning with weak rosters. Come on, Bulls! Don't condemn the team for years, to save a few million. In the end it will cost the owners far more if they keep him.

  19. Here's a great trade for both teams.
Vucevic Williams DeRozan for CP3 Wiggins Kuminga.
Bulls can tank this year, high draft pick and wait for Ball. Kuminga has a huge upside at 21. Wiggins has elite talent but has given up on the Warriors for personal reasons. CP3 can either run the offense this season or be cut or traded to save 30m. You can take off CP3 and DeRozan if they're still trying to win now creating a hyper athletic scoring starting 5!
    LaVine
    DeRozan
    Wiggins
    Kuminga
    Drummond

  20. Chicago should just go ahead and let the young bucks ball out. And get rid of all the older pieces . Let the young fellow's ball out.. Chicago should have did that the first time instead of trying to do it the easy way… I don't think they should get rid of any of their young pieces they have. They're going to make mistakes, but that's how they grow..The bulls aren't going anywhere. They're not beating those tops 6 teams plain and simple.. Patrick was supposed to grow with the young cats that chicago had before they traded them.. They should have kept Lauri, Carter,, and got rid of lavine..

  21. Pwill is asking for wayy too much money at his production to stay around on this team. Get rid of him, he’s deadweight

  22. Pat isn't kawhi he's more like DeMar now, ever since DeMar takes pat under him he was trained like DeMar and his moves right now are similar to DeMar which is iso mid-range which pat uses a lot early in this season. What I'm saying is pat is an iso player same as his mentor, he's best fit right now is him being a 3 and D player and not using those move that he learn during past summer cuz it won't work spacing is bad. A timid kid like pat won't do much to showcase his skills when he has 3 offensive minded iso players/ perimeter oriented big.

  23. It feels we are just close to be a functional team, except for a missing gear. Im mostly sure that Lavine or Pat are the problem, but they are being affected by this lack of morale, for sure.

My 2 cents is that Billy Donovan is the problem.

  24. the problem has always been the coaching staff. bulls have hired no name/transitional coaches for years. AKME, has tired to get talent and it worked until Lonzo got hurt. The players dont like Donovan and are just coasting through every season getting paid. They dont want to win under him and thats why the team can never seem to win games. They have talent and potential and its just being wasted again because of the FO not being able to really sign/trade anyone because Reindorf's inability to want to spend and stay pat with average teams year after year.

  25. he looks completely lost out there, he has no effort, 3 rebs a game. I don't care if you are missing shots, he is brutal.
