  1. Marcus Sasser as second best guard is plausible, but I'd argue that we don't have enough data yet. With 12 games done, maybe we have some idea, but especially in the case of Jaden Ivey, there's not a heck of a lot to go on.

  2. I agree Marcus plays like and elite vet, lesser turnovers. He can knock down clutch shots. He makes smart decisions with the ball. We just look better with him on the court

  3. He should be starting. I know he’s little but he’s tough as nails. He reminds me of Isaiah Thomas with the Celtics before he got hurt. But a better 3 point shooter. He’s better than Jaden Ivey.

  4. I disagree Ivey is the second best guard. People get caught up in 3 good games that's it. Overlooking a whole season of work by Ivey. Notice after those 3 nice games Sasser's shooting and defense have fallen a bit. Sasser is nice he's not your long term 2nd guard. His stature limits him on defense especially when Detroit switch there is multiple evidence of this on tape where defenses target him. So pump the breaks and not be so quick to give the keys over to this kid. I don't understand the dismissal of Ivey. People treat him like he been in the league for years and hasn't improved. He's been in the league for one year. He had to learn on the fly to play point and be the focal point of the offense and he got better at it every month last year until point that he started to look elite. Yes his defense isn't there yet but damn can the kid get a chance to develop. Please all ya'll Sasser lovers. Name the guard that was in Ivey's situation last year meaning learning to play PG with zero experience, be the focal point of the offense and was a great defender. I will wait. The great Zeke Thomas didn't come in as great defender and he was considered a generational PG coming out. Lol

  5. Truth is Cades a bust, least efficient 20 ppg scorer in nba history through 12 games. Team needs to prioritize Ivey, Sauser and Thompson over him. Ivey shot 42/34/75 in his rookie year which is better than Cade and shooting on 50/38/78 this year. Cade’s best season was as good as Iveys rookie year. Time to build around Ivey/Thompson/Sausser.

  6. Did the NBA scout have any idea when the Pistons put an entire NBA team on the court? I never thought I'd be saying it but, "Thank God for the Detroit Lions."
