[Warriors on NBCS] “Obviously, we’re going to be fine.” JK says the Warriors remain in good spirits

Kuminga strikes me as someone incapable of answering a question in a ‘putting on an optimistic front, but I’m really fibbing’ kind of way, ie you can take his answer about something like this at face value, so his answer in this clip was good/refreshing to hear.

I’m gonna miss bro so much when he’s on the raptors

No reason to believe it wouldn’t be. Recency bias has us feeling down but our bench is good and despite struggles of our starters, we have pieces that can hold it together while they get it together. Just going to be tough until they do though

  3. What else is he gonna say? That they are screwed? Or rip into his own teammates?

were shooting so far below what we should be on open shots that if we were just a bad shooting team wed have 2-3 more wins, so either were in for a historically poor shooting year, or we’ll regress to the mean

  5. I’m holding onto small victories within the team. Podz is showing out, JK is currently on the up, CP is finding his shooting. When the team is whole again, I can imagine that we’ll be in a good spot moving forward

I’ll try to be optimistic with JK.

Lineup needs to change & we may be better off without one of Wigs or Klay at least for now.

    Starters:
    Steph, Moses, JK, Dario, Dray

    CP3, Podz, GP2, wigs/Klay, Loon/TJD

Dario starts but really splits his time with the starters and CP3 unit. When he’s not with the starters they bring in TJD and another wing like GP2 or a shooter. In theory Klay or Wigs would be a shooter for spacing.

You need a lob threat for at least 10 or so minutes a game. That’s where TJD comes in. You pull back Dray and Loon’s minutes a bit to save them for the post season.
