It feels like 15 years of rebuilding the Pistons
Good point Anthony about Killian. Fans are looking at where he was drafted and Weaver passed on Haliburton. Also fans are seeing what Houston & Indiana are doing, and those teams rebuilding began at same time.
Who is giving you these guarantees that we're going after big name talent in the offseason? I've never heard Troy say that. I think you're starting rumors and then believing them.
If you have rooted for the lions you're entire life then patient shouldn't be impatient….. it makes no sense
They're less like a team with a core group of players and more like a collection of draft prospects and reclamation projects. We wrote off the whole season last year because of Cade's injury and now it's considered unfair to judge him or the team this year because the supporting cast is hurt. Either the ownership/management is embracing that rebuild concept of just tanking as long as it takes to get a generational talent or they're just desperately floundering at their jobs. They can't be 5 years into a rebuild, still be the worst team in the league, and claim they're building something. They may be trying but they're failing to build something.
I feel it starts with the owner and his not so sober hiring decisions
