  1. the crazy thing is before he dropped dem 40 pieces that nigga was doin it on 2k i was like who df is dis nigga😂😂😂

  2. I’m a lsu fan so I follow the situation a bit more closely. Apparently he’s looked at as a valuable piece for the future and potential staring guard along with bridges, but they want him to work on his passing and defense. So benching him last year was telling him he needs to improve in those areas. According to lsu media, they want him to develop into a Kobe or kyrie. Basically cam has the scoring. Develop one of passing or defense.

  3. why just steal the entire reddit post without adding anything to it lmao

  4. What will Cam Thomas do if teams started putting a defense scheme to him? Can he read the defense and make a good decision? Of course not! His eyes are always on the ring😂

  5. The problem with Thomas is that he has tunnel vision and his defense was really poor. Doesn't matter you're a great scorer if you have those huge problems. This year the story has been different. He still has big tunnel vision, but he's starting to take better decisions and he's making an effort on defense. Also, this year the Nets had a good defensive environment around Thomas, so he can take his time maturing as a player. I think he can be a great player (I also thought about Devin Booker) and he is already, but he needs to take some leaps in his not-so-good areas. If he does, he's a bonafide All-Star.

  6. As a nets fan I can tell you…he seemed hard headed and not really coachable his first year ….this year he seems to have matured and be more for the team overall ..that's why he was benched

  7. It’s politics, There’s plenty of people better than the people that “made it” in any genre. It’s about your opportunities, which comes from someone higher up. It ain’t about talent sometimes it’s wat they can sell.

  8. Cam is a future superstar, he only needs a team build for him. Maybe his character is a problem who knows, but he is a beast.

  9. Member ppl was really disliking this young man for being able to just put the ball in the bucket. Then it was he can’t do it over a course of time

Seems putting the ball in the hoop is effortless for the fella. Long career ahead of em cause the name of the game still and will always be

U take the orange ball and put it threw that there hoop

  10. Cam Thomas thrives when given the opportunity. Unfortunately, he came in when KD, Kyrie, and even Harden were on the team. When there’s an opportunity, like when there’s injuries on the starters, the coach/es unleashed him and let him do his thing. With injuries in the team early this season, he’s taking advantage of it and leads the team in scoring, taking the burden away from Mikal Bridges. Forget the win-loss record, major players were taking turns getting injured. When Cam injured by the dirty PJ Tucker, Clax and Cam Johnson came back. The Nets style of game changed too when Ben Simmons was out (still is at this moment).

  11. Tyrese Maxey has also majorly improved and dropped 50 points last night which is the highest in the NBA season so far. It will be interesting to see who wins the MIP this year between Cam Thomas and him.

  12. He got his time coming up, business makes it so that the bigger investments play and get more value for their trade value, he gonna get the keys when they make the right moves and get a squad around him

  13. There’s no excuse for cam Thomas to not be at least a 6th man on this roster playing 25+ minutes a game. If he disappears again it’ll be insane. I rlly hope we see Brooklyn have a successful rebuild around Mikal and him.

  14. The Nets have too many young players and a young coach… He’s playing an AAU style game which is not gonna let one person shine every game cuz other players are gonna feel left out
