melton layups are turnovers and ill never stop saying it

  2. I dread when he attacks. You know the feeling when you watch Bev take a 3, I get the same feeling when I watch Melton go for a layup.

He might as well start shooting floaters from free throw line 😂

he needs to kick on his drives because id rather take a missed 3 than a missed layup

This is just like that buff Doge vs Cheems meme template lmao

You’ve summed up today’s nba. Its full of poorly skilled basketball players who shoot 3s well.

Elite 3 and D guards are valuable, just park him in the sweet spot and don’t let him drive

I wonder if it is 0% if you remove all the uncontested layups/dunks.

  9. I don’t even call whatever he’s doing a “layup”. He does this weird long step looking to initiate contact I guess, but that actually lowers his body, and chucks the ball up.

  10. He should simply stick to shooting the 3-ball which seems to have finally come back now after a few weeks of awful shooting. Watching him drive to the cup just to come up short almost every time is infuriating to watch. I will see the Sixers get a steal or something which leads to a fast-break opportunity and get excited, only to realise it’s Melton trying to finish inside the arc and I automatically get scared. It shouldn’t be like this lol

Monkey’s paw wish that Jaden takes skills from the veteran guards of the team: defensive tenacity from Bev, shooting from Maxey, and um layups from Melton

As someone who’s watched little kids play PAL basketball, Melton’s layups are very similar to how 6th graders drive to the basket.
