  3. I know pick-up is minuscule in comparison to the league but the callout is usually “pick LEFT” or a variation “pick coming to your RIGHT” and it’s from the perspective of your teammate (the defender)

  4. Someone needs to develop the universal basketball court directions like they do on ships: starboard, port, stern etc

  5. Basketball is such a fast game, you’re just going to blunder. You shift your weight the wrong way or hesitate and you get beat, especially when guarding shooters.

  6. Strong/weak has a higher degree of potential confusion than right/left

  7. I really wish they add the clip. They bothered enough to add it into the thumbnail.
