Welp, I was very wrong. I guess having a great offense doesnt matter if you cant stop anybody on defense. I thought Indy was gonna run away with this one, and it was the other way around. I’m going to choose to ignore the 3rd string minutes.
Great coaching and play from the team for 3 quarters awesome to see such a dominant effort against a legit team. Only issue is that I need Mose to sub in a cole Anthony or somebody in the fourth just to calm that game down it got a little closer than it should’ve at the end but overall extremely happy with the effort tonight,
Fantastic road trip! Scoreboard won’t show it but they played a pretty much perfect first 3 quarters. Hopefully they can extend this win streak back at home
ChappiesWorld quarter by quarter summary:
1st: 😍
2nd: 🥰
3rd: 🧐
4th: 🫣
Great game overall. Now we know our 3rd stringers ain’t ready yet.
Last 8 minutes were really painful. I understand the reasoning but still painful.
Good game let’s just act like the game ended in the third quarter
at least we know that it was our deep bench that sucks not our 10 man 😏
New strategy unlocked we can shit the bed every way we like as long as we get a 40 point halftime lead. Hard to really truly feel good about that first half offense performance the Pacers defenders looked like they had drunk goggles but also hard not to love it. Nice win.
Wonder if people gonna not ask for Jett 5 times per game anymore lol
Pretty dominant for being out two starters
3 games over .500 for the first time since 2017 wow
I dont care if we win by 40 or by 3. A win is a win. I hope this bench learns from the 4th quarter. Sure, they could have blew the game. Sure they could have held onto the ball. But what is learned from playing it safe? They dont get a lot of minutes so its times like these they can learn their strengths and weaknesses. “A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor.” Fuck it, let em learn we still won.
Scrub minutes aside, everything was great. People whining about our 3rd stringers + late game Cole being ass can whine but that’s a good problem to have.
never in doubt ! But seriously I’m sure we were safe the entire time.
Not many mistakes tonight. I’m impressed with our guys tonight. They played disciplined af
Going 3-1 on this road trip is tremendous progress for us. Glad we got the win tonight.
Don’t need a second half when you play like that in the first.
Magic just punished the Pacers. Indiana is a terrible defensive team and instead of trying to get into a 3-pt contest with them (yikes at both teams), we just opted to go inside and punish them.
3 perfect quarters. starters mightve been pulled too early but tbf the Pacers bench players were playing really well against ours. Great dub against the #1 offense.
Very good win, one that I was not expecting.
In truth we probably can’t take too much away from this, as we won’t face a defense that bad again this season.
We just accelerated up to a 30pt lead and held it the whole game up until our 3rd stringers showed up. Final score doesn’t at all reflect the absolute domination this game was
that was a complete stomp and one of the fakest comebacks of all time. Goga game MVP for me
Good teams win games, simple as that. And the Magic are showing us this year that they’re finally a good team again. The fourth quarter was rough but all that matters is that W at the end of the night.
Mose really said fuck them defensive numbers.
Better playing the bench early in the 4th than risking unnecessary injury. Better hope we stay relatively healthy the rest of the way cuz this deep bench is doodoo.
Im just going to erase that last 8 minutes in my head and pretend that we won this game by 30 lol
Great win, only letdown was watching 7-8 minutes of our 3rd string. Man that was brutal.
Honestly, they really need to work on second half. If the rest of the league catches on with how horrible we can be than for any lead the Magic has over their opponent, they will look at it as if there still a chance to win regardless of the lead. Crazy how 40 point lead was erased and on top of that we couldn’t hold them to 90s let alone 106 points with how bad indiana was playing (credit to indiana bench they destroyed magics bench and third stringers in the 4th). Glad for the win, but I don’t like because it didn’t tell the story on how dominant we were in this game if anyone would just look at the score box.
First 3 quarters: We’re beating them so badly, I feel bad! Maybe we could dial it back a little.
4th quarter: Not that much.
Good game to the offense firing.
In the locker room: “who have thought? Good defense can be better than good offense”.
Better management 2nd half. But that 1st half was monstrous I’m starting to thing its an anomaly watching Magic last few games. We’ve had blowout 1st half in the past but were managing to actually take the win recently.
I dont know what happened but I get to checkout a great highlight coming back home.
All we need is our offense to hover between top 15-20 and we are good.
What an amazing performance.
Orlando just smoked the boots off the Pacers tonight, and it was glorious
