0:00 Steve Kerr postgame Minnesota on how much the offensive struggles were due to the Timberwolves their own issues: “I thought Minnesota was great defensively all night. They are the Number One defense in the league for a reason. They’ve got a lot of length and Chris (Finch) has them playing hard and together and so they bothered us, but at the same time, we did have open looks we missed, I think 12-for-43. From three, we can definitely shoot better. I think we will on Tuesday. But they’re playing well. They’re playing probably better than anybody in the league, having beaten Boston, Denver, coming in here and beating us, so give them credit.”
0:52 on what the things are that most concern him: “I’m actually not overly concerned, to be honest with you. I think the season is filled with ups and downs and we’re in a little bit of a spell right now, but it’s not like we are the world’s greatest team when we were 6-2 and we’re not the world’s worst team losing the last three. It’s just this part of the season. And I think we just played back-to-back two great defensive teams that throttled us and we need to figure out some things offensively and I’m confident that we will.”
1:37 on what the fouling goes back to: “Well, some of them are just undisciplined reaches, and then some of them we’re just fighting and we’re out of position or something. And so we know that we can cut back on some of the fouls and then some nights there’s going to be some guys who get to the rim and we have no choice but to go up and challenge. And there’s gonna be fouls called. So it’s early in the season, and I like this group a lot. They’re very well-connected. And we just have to keep going. I think we’re gonna win plenty of games. Right now we’re just in a little bit of a rut and we’ll we’ll climb out of it.”
2:33 on what the things are that they need to figure out offensively: “We haven’t had a ton of flow and rhythm … some of the actions and plays that our fans are used to seeing us make, but a lot of that has to do with the defense again. These last two teams that we played, playing two athletic bigs who can really patrol the paint and block shots. That makes it hard and so we had some games early where things were really flowing and there’s no reason why we can’t get that back.”
3:12 on nobody besides Steph scoring over 20 in a game and how much they just need somebody to just have a strong game: “I think Dario did if I’m not mistaken (is told Saric scored exactly 20 once.) Okay, yeah. But yeah, no question. We need some scoring and some playmaking from elsewhere. So we’ve got to keep plugging away and we’ll go from there and see where that takes us.”
3:40 on if the young guys playign well for a second straight night make him reassess playing time: “We’ve seen that Brandin and Trayce are ready to contribute. We saw it in training camp, like these guys are there, they’re ready. And so we have to make the decision … it’s tricky … I like everybody that I’m playing…”
4:32 Draymond Green postgame on what they need to do better: “We’ve got to be better…”
4:57 on how to get everybody else other than Steph Curry unlocked: “We just got to get more organized. We’re not doing a great job of getting organized. I’ve got to do a better job there and making sure we get into some things. Chris (Paul) got to do a better job”
5:45 on if they are still trying to figure it out: “No, I think it’s the organization, for sure…make a bunch of excuses. They don’t f—king matter”
6:28 on not having a guy that score more than 20 besides Steph: “…you play well you get credit, you get paid, you get All-Star appearances, you get All-Defensive teams. All-NBA teams, this thing, that thing. When you play bad, players gotta f—king take the blame as well”
7:25 on how the young guys have finished these last two games: “This is no surprise. We believe in our young guys…young guys are never going to get the first nod, especially on a team like this. It was that way — I didn’t get the first nod, Klay Thompson didn’t get the first nod, Steph Curry didn’t get the first nod. It’s just not the way it goes. Now, you can go to some of these teams around the league and you get the first nod and that don’t always go so well”
9:47 on where do they got stuck offensively: “Well, I think we drove into traffic way too much…”

  2. See Kerr when u don’t have a 7 footer that’s a constant blocking threat the offense will continue to cut through that small ass lineup like fucking butter cause they know they aren’t getting blocked out give Trayce and Garuba some of Payton’s mintues y’all need size not fucking speed hard headed Kerr

  3. “Y’all not gonna get the first nod” then give them fucking mintues ur out here getting ejected while they can be giving quality mintues Trayvon for sure can cover a big better than Draymond

  4. I wish after I'd been on a date or something i could get home and watch a youtube reaction from Steve Kerr to make me feel ok and calm about everything

  5. Kerr keeps sharing fake news. The only big that can block shots and challenge drive to baskets get 1 minute of playing time.

  6. We definitely need to switch up the starting lineup. Klay has to come off the bench and not sure what is going on with Wiggins. Looney should come off the bench and Saric should start. Something has to change.

  7. It think Saric is better in the 4 position (PF) defensively and TJD can keep up with the second unit as anchor defensively in the 5th spot.

  8. It’s Wiggins he not playing like a second star. It never was Klay he was always a third star. He doing what Klay do it’s all about Wiggins. Soon as he step up we will be a championship team again.

  9. Come on Warrior Fans STOP OVERREACTING AFTER A COUPLE OF LOSSES to 2 teams we all know will not make much noise in the playoffs….Cleveland and Minnesota are young teams playing well early but we know they are not Championship contending teams, So Relax and let our new team GEL….it takes time!!!!!

  10. The coach just doesn’t seem to know and/or is reluctant to realize this team needs some big beef! When we ever again have on the roster someone who stands 6’11” or taller? He isn’t even playing the limited length he has. His persistent sentimentality regarding the core three or four will again lead this team to underperforming.

  11. TJD needs more minutes. Saric is clearly not a 5, and is best as a 4. It’s screamingly obvious. Moody and JK need some of Klay’s and Wiggins minutes.

  12. They have too many players that can't score. They better monitor the situation in the clippers. If they decide to break it up they must trade for kawhi or pg immediately

  13. “Steve, we all can see Klay is a lost cause, but can you light a fire under Wiggins’ ass so he starts playing like he actually gives one actual fuck?”

  14. The Dubs need to get younger and bigger but they have hit that uncomfortable spot in their history when you are afraid to risk losing the locker room support of your struggling vets. Would love to hear Kerr's drive home reflections. When your two main support shooters are throwing up bricks, you aren't going anywhere. There's no plan B. The young, big, hungry teams are vying for supremacy. The league has a lot of talent. Warriors are old and small. Kerr needs to have some serious chats and give some playing time to the young guys until the older guys start performing. And where's Garuba? He may be able to bring some physicality we desperately need. Give Lester Q some chances, too. How else can they learn? If Klay and Wiggs can't do it, the young guys can't do any worse.

  15. Still think Rudy Gay should’ve been kept for the leading the team second unit along with CP 😢

  16. To all all of you casuals, let me explain… Nike and the NBA won’t allow curry and under armor to win any more chips… It’s bad for business. Why do you think Kurt has never added a big man or true center? It’s because Steph Curry would have nine chips if he had a legitimate center, it’s obvious Steve Kerr is doing this on purpose and Nike is blackballing under armor and Steph Curry. Anyone with the brain can see we need a Center we can see that Klay Thomson is washed as is Wiggins it’s not rocket science. The NBA is blackballing Steph Curry on purpose I don’t want to kick him out the league because he makes too much money, but they are blackballing him.

  17. Warriors are going to mess around and those young guys are going to leave as soon as they get a chance if they keep losing. These younger players are going to teams that have younger players. Warriors have allowed themselves to pass up great players this year and this is what we get? No, we want to win. Enough losing! Bring Steph some help or shut it down completely. Kerr needs to leave GSW. Doesn't know how to play his men and Dray says to wait until their names are called, well let them wait and see what happens. Your ages are showing up. Play the younger players, GP2 and Steph!

  18. GSW need to have 1 legit center and their problem is over. Small ball will only work if all players contribute offensibly to negate its defensive flaws. But if your opponent have 2-3 tall agile players then small ball will be hard to work at. So this is bad. But when you have a legit center, then your defense will be beneficial to fill the flaws of your offensive struggle.
