I think Troy Weaver is trying his best to have a starting five made entirely by lottery picks. Tanking is the Pistons' way of playing.
Every since Troy Weaver passed on making moves in free agency over the summer, Iāve yelling for Tom Gores to go after Bob Myers while heās available. Pistons fans have been patient but Troy Weavers time is up!
I don't think Weaver is the problem, atm. Unless coach Casey stepping down was his own decision and not the franchise's, they should've kept him. I think his approach to developing the team was the right one.
