Love Russ. He knows his engine is what's going to run the team in the playoffs. They will mess with matchups and rotations until everyone knows their comfort zones. I want to see everyone getting minutes. I remember Spurs had issues with great players not meshing in matchups, Manu went to #6 and Pop noodled his bench to the last guys getting minutes. They arrived at the playoffs knowing everyone and it worked to win the chip. There was times Manu would come in and be top stats guy on the team. He was their best player for that year he went to #6. And the heart of the team. Russ got that Manu team love.
He fits better with Kawhi and PG… should be Harden comimh off the bench and playing less minutes… also Russ gets fits better with a stretch big like Theis…. PG was averaging 27…
