Great interview
Hearing the Delonte story really was tough to hear. What people don’t know or understand about Bipolar, there are 2x types. Type 1x and type 2x. The manic episodes and energy that people with bipolar have, it’s ALWAYS shifting. And even when one has crashed, the manic episodes are still running, it’s just the high release of dopamine that they had at their high, it doesn’t know where to go or how to properly distribute. So making decisions becomes much more harder to make and think clearly. I really hope Delonte will be alright in the future. If you ask me, I believe Delonte is schizo effective. Which that usually includes schizophrenia and bipolar- type 2. Which is one of the worse conditions to have, period. Some people can have it and be fine. And some people can have it and it can absolutely ruin one’s mind. Kyrie Irving is on the schiz side and he’s fine. The “odd” behavior he has, it also is mania related to it Irving is fine. You can also have bipolar and just be incredibly moody. Ala KD. A lot of players are on the spectrum of these “conditions”.
All I know is that Mark Cuban is the only owner I care about to watch. He knows basketball, he knows business, and he knows people. Hope he stays around for many more years.
