Refs need to completely rewrite their fundamentals and retrain everyone. If the players have to adapt to their game, they should have to adapt to the players as well.

I want to take Jokic side because I think the reffing this year (and as of recent) has been absolute garbage, but at 7'0" you can't just walk up on the ref in that manner the ref gonna give a T most times he feels physically intimidated…still shouldn't be throwing him out the game for it but I DO get the reasoning TO SOME DEGREE.
Teams should be presented with 5 refs for each game, each team should have one strike. Some of these refs wouldn't call single game if this was implemented.

I'm not saying the ref tech-ing/ejecting Jokic wasn't justified because I don't know what Jokic said to the ref, there are some things you can't say to officials and that's fine. But both sides, players and refs, should be doing as much as they can to see to it that the highest profile players in the league (example: Giannis & Jokic) aren't getting thrown out of games for having words like this. Especially when guys like Draymond can throw a temper tantrum, recite the entire 4-letter alphabet and still not get a 2nd tech.
