[Winge] Coach Malone said he doesn’t think Jamal Murray will be ready to go on this road trip. He said there’s “still some work to be done for him to be cleared.” Murray has been going through workouts pregame and doing some sprinting, so he’s progressing with his right hamstring.

    Clippers on 27th seems possible.

Think they should just wait after sac phx b2b Dec 2, but no idea about the injury obvi

  2. Glad to hear he’s progressing well so far. Just want him to come back when he’s definitely 100% ready, hamstrings can be a bitch

Although we’ve been struggling as of late, we were like 6-1 or something like that with Murray. We need to let him take off the next couple weeks to get him to 100% health. The fact we’re still in contention for the 1 seed with him out the last couple games tho means our 1 seed hopes isn’t in any danger whatsoever. Let him have all the time he needs, this is a 55 win team regardless.

The regular season for us is mostly just prep for the playoffs at this point. We just need to develop our baby nuggets, weather the storms of double ejections and odd reffing, and allow stars to heal with ZERO rush until fully healthy.

Doomers wanna doom, but the long game is where it’s at. Patience and foresight that a bad loss in Cleveland etc etc, is irrelevant. I say let Jamal fully heal and let’s get back to work in a couple of weeks!
