Spot on. Multiple times, players have said, we just needed a few stops down the stretch. Running up the score for the the W. Playing to their strengths. That plan worked.
BornReady on a daily basis now? I love it! Let's fuuucking go
I'm never mad at the facts.
Keep spitting knowledge G.
It's tough to see Mathurin go to the bench, but I understand why.
Buddy thrives playing off a playmaker like Hali as opposed to creating his own shot. There were too many instances where Buddy had to do more self creation and I believe it played a big part in his latest shooting slump.
Mathurin, on the other hand, thrives when the ball is in his hands. When Mathurin is a starter, his role is diminished and he has to play a lot off the ball. By having Mathurin come off the bench, it actually gives him more on-ball reps and he can focus on what he does best – scoring.
Starting Buddy doesn’t improve the defense at all. On the other hand the offense will go through the roof with him starting. Can’t stop anyone so just out score them
I am starting to embrace the all out attack and no defence. Glass cannon strategy!~
That lineup is nice though.
