  1. I love the Celtics but I really dislike their style of offense for the reasons you mentioned. They play a super 5 out offense loaded with a lot of good shooters, but they RARELY ever put pressure on the rim! If you play 5 out and then don’t pressure the rim than you’ll just have a contested 3pt line

They’re talented enough to make it work in the regular season, but in the playoffs it becomes an unreliable style of offense

  2. @18 minutes Porzingis clearly misses the box out. Jayden Brown (who I don't think is a Max player) took the right shot. Porzingis block out should be just as much the discussion along with the repeated Tatum Lay Up misses and Jayden Brown poor form.

Feel like attacking the easy target Bully style at this point in the pod

Good to see @OKC get some much deserved love.

  3. Chet has a much better supporting cast in OKC. Maybe if the spurs get fully healthy, wemby can have a greater impact.

  4. I got Chet as my RoY. Basically the same stats as Wemby except Chet is shooting 56/40/90 while Wemby is like 40/27/70

  5. Sengun is not a championship starter unless you surround him with serious length like jokic has, otherwise he can’t guard at all. He also can’t shoot. Allstar ?? Gimme BIG ZUU

  6. The league has too much invested in VW so he will get the ROTY award unless he suffers some injury that keeps him out for a good part of the season. One thing that occurs is that so long as CH is relatively healthy then eventually he will get a max extesnsion as permissible under the CBA because no team in the West can be without someone who has a similar size as Jokic. Davis, Sabbonis,Gobert/Towns et al. There is aslo other young bigs ( Kessler, Lively }. I am keen to see the development of the Thompsons

  7. I think Zach should have episodic/weekly solo segment. Him breaking down the Boston Celtics late-game trials and tribulations was poetry in motion

  8. Sixers fans were singing the praises of Isaiah Joe and were genuinely sad when he got cut.

I’m glad to see him succeeding in OKC

  9. A small move I’d love to see OKC make is go get Kelly Olynyk. he is a traditionally sized center to rebound and match up with other centers in the league. He also has experience playing with SGA and Lou Dort on team Canada.

I really hope they make a run at Myles Turner from Indy or Zion or Jonas Valančiūnas from New Orleans. They also have the luxury of waiting until an even bigger superstar becomes available like Giannis Antetokounmpo or Joel Embiid and they have the assets to trade for them.

  10. Before you folks get too carried away with this nonsense, just ask yourself a question.

"Would I trade Wembanyama for Holmgren?"
    No?
    How about for two Holmgrens?

  11. Is he better than Wemby? Or is it because the Thunder are doing so much better than the Spurs? If you surround Victor Wembanyama with OKC's talent, would the answer be the same?

  12. I genuinely believe OKC already has what it takes to win a championship in like 2-3 years. Also I highly doubt they'll be trading Giddey any time soon. He's a huge contributor to their ball movement. At this point I don't think they should make any big trades. They can maybe try and get a guy like Bogdanovic or Portis but it's not a priority.

  13. Bro, imagine getting drug tested cause you lifted metal over the summer. That's the best hype ever when you're clean.

  14. He is more effcient, knows his game and plays less minutes. Makes us wonder why the bias media is so bias for wemby over an American.
