  1. Jokic has the talent obviously, I just don't know if he'll get the counting stats since he started a bit late. He's at 12,500 points and he's almost 29, which is behind the curve. Giannis is like 8 weeks older than Jokic but has 4,250 more points for example.

By the time he finishes his career 35 guys will have over 25K points, and for Joker to crack the top 15 he'll need to be way up there. It gets super hard to bump people down once you get to the top 15 all time.

  2. luka is underated….omg. He's about to break one of Steph's 3pts records..comon

  3. Top 15 is a ridiculously high bar. And there is only one guy on that trajectory and it’s Jokic. Even he needs another ring or two to make it.

  4. Giannis is the most dominant player off the dribble to the basket that the game has ever seen. If he wins 2 more titles he's going to be top 10.

  5. yall disrespect kd over and over again. steph is a sorry mf who can’t d. no player who isn’t two way can be top 10 all time lol. steph at 12-15 range

  6. nah jokic and giannis the only ones who are close to consideration, way too much recency bias here (I say this as a celtics fan and 24 year old)

  7. Embiid isn't even the greatest sixer let alone top 15. Needs a title to get into that conversation. Until then, Moses Malone, a guy who would probably not be in JJ's top 15, is ahead of him when it comes to the category of best 76er, and Wilt Chamberlian is above Moses.

Jokic, will end up in the top 15, hopefully he avoids injuries. Giannis, Luka and Tatum, no chance. Again, Luka isn't the best Maverick, Giannis isn't the best Buck. And Tatum, he isn't even in the conversation of the best 10 Celtics of all time at this point in his career. Jokics overall game is incredible, and he can do everything. A joy to watch play.

Let them play out their careers, and then we'll have some more understanding of where they rank. Ralph Sampson must have been looked upon as potentially the best ever after his first two seasons.

Lebron is the only active player who is in my top 15, and maybe Curry. KD definitely not.

  8. Who they taking out of thr top 15? Good grief. We can appreciate current players without LYING ABOUT THEIR ALL TIME STATUS. We aren't calling new bands to better than the Beatles and Rolling Stones just because they've won more grammies and been viral on social media…

  9. Embiid is a foul baiter. I can’t even think about putting him anywhere close when he’s taking 20 FT a night and shooting barely 45% on 5 missed 3’s a night and every other shot being a paint floater or uncontested midrange.

  10. I'd make it top 20 for Giannis and Jokich, KD maybe, LeBron and Steph definitely top 10. KD gets more credit than he deserves for Warriors titles. We could have won it those years with another top big. Steph was the man on those teams and he was so team oriented that he let KD take the lead. It was Steph's team.

  11. KD is top 20 no question. And as skills go he’s unreal. But I think if he had won a championship or two on a team where he was the leader and the number 1 option. Then it’d easier to put him higher.

  12. Steph and KD are closer than people think. Steph is great and he had the higher peak but KD has done it for longer. I think it’s definitely Jokic, Giannis and Luka with that top 15 potential. I don’t think Tatum can get to that level, he’ll be great for a long time like Dirk was for example with MVPs and finals appearances but many don’t regard him as a top 15 player.

  13. no one wants to watch any of these players play like bron n steph . the mega star era is over , we not stuck we normal super stars . put up the numbers but don’t sell tickets , jokic giannis

  14. Yes Richard Jefferson was in the nba but he never played against a prime George Floyd, which makes his opinions invalid

  15. 🤔Lebron is clear above Steph??? In what height?😂!! STEPH CURRY IS THE BIGGEST TV DRAW NOT Lebron Nope RJ! you tryed 🥴😂 lol Go do your research. I knew that couldn't be case.

  16. so if we're saying steph and kd are top 12, we're absolutely kicking out someone like bill russell or wilt

    no particular order

lebron, mj, kareem, magic, bird, duncan, shaq makes 7…that doesn't include guys like russell, wilt, moses, hakeem, kobe, dr. j…when we have these convos and ppl just automatically put steph in the top 10, i'd love to hear the top 10 that person has

  17. Luka and Tatum have to prove it this season. They're short on something all top 15 players have: individual hardware and rings. Luka's in year 6 now and Tatum's in year 7. Giannis, Jokic, LeBron, and Curry won their first of two consecutive MVPs in year 6. KD won his only MVP in year 7. The clock is ticking for Luka and Tatum.
