They have been running plays for A.D. don’t let him fool you they run plays for him every game all game and if they don’t why he don’t get any rebound put backs.
14:11 AND LADIES AND GENTLEMEN this is where the problem is for the Lakers. Bubba Dub was the first one I heard that pointed something out about Ham and then I thought about it and realized it was true. Darvin Ham needs to get HIMSELF a tech. May sound funny but in all seriousness, all he does is stand on the side with his hands in his pockets regardless of the stupid calls the refs make. That part of his coaching style needs to change for the Lakers to have an actual hope of going far. Refs are never gonna be lenient or put much effort in rechecking questionable calls in the future if your coach is always like "meh, its whatever, lets let it go and move on." What the heck is that?!!! Matter of fact I genuinely don't even know if Darvin has ever gotten a single tech since he started coaching the Lakers.

Coach Ham is honestly the biggest issue with the Lakers. The ability to not call timeouts when it matters, make subs and not make sure that AD gets the ball more.
