It’s looking more and more like Davion doesn’t fit in the Kings offensive system because he’s lost his minutes to another defensive guard Keon Ellis who’s biggest difference besides being a little taller is that he doesn’t hold on to the ball so long and over dribble it. In fact, Davion’s shooting seems improved, better than Keon. But the Kings offense wants players to decide what to do in 2 seconds or less. When Fox was injured and Davion starting, the offense slowed down to a halt and that became unacceptable. He would probably get back on track and improve in any other system that is not the Kings, Nuggets, or Warriors. I’m still rooting for him, he can be the next Kyle Lowry or Fred VanVleet.
