    This front office needs to accept that Cade ain’t a franchise player and instead of jamming the ball in his hands like he’s Luka (which he’s not even on the same stratosphere) maybe it’s time to actually try and develop Ivey/Duran/Thompson. I’d really like to see Cades defence improve especially on the perimeter and spend all the time developing his 3 PT shot and mid range.

    Im not crazy about cade running pg.would do you think about bringing terry rozier here for Sasser and playing cade at the 3? Or bringing brogdon here? We need a veteran guard out there for at least the next 2 seasons. I like burke but hes a scorer not a floor general.

    Cade has had negative win shares, BPM, EPM and VORP every year he's been in the league. He's nothing special. He was the 1st overall pick, he absolutely has to be the best player on a sorry team like the Pistons but it's evident that he is not the prospect everyone thought he was.

    I’ll go one further and say don’t watch the games no more, I tuned out. I’ve been watching for 15 years but this year I’m done watching full games they don’t deserve it.

    When you keep players playing like KILLIAN hayes that can not even score a basket in 10min of playing, it shows they do not know what they are doing. But all you pod caster keep saying Hayes is doing good. No he is a horrible player to put on the floor because no one has to guard him, Sasser earned his minutes over Hayes and plays better. And Stewart should not be starting over Bagley.

    Also IVEY being bench by the coach derail him, he not even playing the same as he was last season, he was more free flowing and not scared to shoot at will, seem the coach really screwed with his head a lot.

    Im a Pistons fan for almost 30 years and I dont remember times, when we had so much young talent. It is so sad that we dont know how to use it. I was so excited for this season.

    Cade is not equipped to elevate this franchise and this franchise is not equipped to surround him with fitting pieces

    I'd be extremely cautious about breaking the bank to build a roster around him though cause his below avg athleticism is a scorching red flag IMO. If they sell everything to surround him with fit there's a huge risk they're going to the threadmil and stay there for half a decade again

    And its absolutely not true that he's the only thing this franchise has and if he isn't the franchise everything is doomed. They have another pieces, who are more functional athletes than him. Who knew Scottie Brn and Segun were better prospects? The Pistons might have more than one prospect that's better than Cade in the roster, but if we make everything about him going forward they are prolly going to miss on all of them

    The only way to help him immediately is going after Markannen, you can break the bank for him, not because he's a great fit, but because this would be Lauri's team and Cade could develop in peace as a secondary option like it should be

    I’d say no one is untouchable on the trade market. If it makes this roster better. That includes Cade. Everyone on the roster should be available. Dave bing told us years ago. We said he was a hater 🤷🏽‍♂️

    When you get blown out by the Wizards it's not time to cope it's time for full on panic. Changes must happen for this team and GM office.
