Foster isnt fired because there's no evidence. Cp3 just chokes. He even gets less fouls with Foster officiated games than without.

Scott Foster needed to be put in prison with Tim Dougaghty. They worked together for Tim to win his betting. In court they have telephone records wear Tim call Scott before games and after. Tim always came out on top with his betting.
