Detroit Pistons have been a disgrace to the NBA

Too much talent in the NBA for teams to be this bad this early into the season. Not saying any of us expected the Pistons to be champions but I definitely thought they were past the 50 loss seasons.

  1. My first ever bet was on this game and i put the pistons winning as a part of my multi 🙁

  2. Thank you for this video P because the pistons used to mean something now we have terrible ownership, a front office that’s more concerned with reviving mid players and a coach that’s just here to collect a check. I need Tom gores to sell the team but he’s too busy attending one home game a year and clearing out every bar in California.

  3. 5 years of mediocre basketball (at best) and some Pistons fans are still saying “be patient.” 🤦🏽‍♂️

  4. Yea I love Cade but the turnovers gtta slow down. Like wen he threw it over the top to I forgot who it was to but instead of a lob he just threw a regular pass and it was fumbled

  5. I feel like a mid-off would be something like the Raptors vs. the Nets. This was a bona fide toilet bowl

  6. It’s sad because I like the pieces there I like Cade , Ivey and I think Monty was the ideal guy to bring in for them.

  7. Its honestly insane because tom gores bought the team in 2011 and we have never been the same bro. They should've sold the team to steve balmer when he wanted to buy it.

  8. I like cade Duren and Ausar. Not sure what their picks look like rn, but I’m trading everything else for more picks / any young wings and forwards. I think biggest issues is turnovers shooting and play making. A perfect fit would be mikal or jarace walker or something. I really think Duren is going to be great. But yeah this is a shit show

  9. There's a lot of rotten wood on that bench but the front office is always the villain. To me there are guys with the wrong mind set. Wiseman and Bagley are virtually the same player. They seem incapable of expanding their games despite their gifted talents.

  10. Brother, as a pistons fan I have no hope. I have adopted the new way of thinking TTW as a collective is bringing. I’m just enjoying bball no matter what team, I know we are not gonna be good and it’s a turn style of players and coaches. 🤦‍♂️ pain never ends

  11. Ngl this how I felt as a clippers fan when we lost to Reggie Jackson and Deandre Jordan yesterday 😭😭

  12. There are three major problems with the Detroit Pistons, honestly: First there is a legitimate lack of veterans to teach the young talent in on court situations in real games. Its one thing to be coached and to be prepped before the game starts, its another to have a veteran telling you how you messed up a coverage, or how to take advantage of situations in a game. Secondly, the coaching hire made no sense when it was made. Look, you hire Monty when you have turned the corner, and are in phase two of your rebuild, you don't hire him in the first phase. The guy can coach a team of well developed youths who know what accountability and team oriented basketball looks like, he can't coach undisciplined players, and he can't develop players who are already developing bad habits because there are no vets to keep them in line with the message. Lastly, someone needs to do something with the front office. They should be rebuilding properly and hiring development based coaches and pushing for small improvements over the course of the season. Orlando did that for a few years, OKC did that for a few years, and Houston is starting to get there now, but this Front Office tried to skip step one and go right to step two. That just ain't going to cut it and trust me when I say this, this rebuild is potentially gonna be ruined before it even began if things don't change.

  13. It's so weird because when I started watching basketball the Pistons were so good in the east with this strong defensive identity, now they're just a perennial bottom-feeder who hasn't had any team identity in years

  14. All of their high percentage shooters are hurt and teams have figured out the Duren P&R. We need to unload some combination of Bagley, Wiseman, Stew, Burks, Hayes and Livers for a starting PF/C that can spread the floor. I would honestly trade for Jerami Grant if we could.

  15. I think your giving Cade to much credit, by the fourth quarter he doesn't look good on the court. The midrange contested or the getting picked by the double team is a bad result and he should allow Ivey to have more control of the offense

  16. Its just that Detroit is the least city you would like to play in NBA. Its not due to the team but the city itself. Im gonna bet the players are intentionally tanking for a chance to be traded to another nba team.

  17. glad i caught you on pick a side. i feel your content is a little more geared towards my style, little bit more context/analytical/logical break downs etc. . which is nice compared to your coworkers which i feel directed more towards like general sports fans with like fast takes, news etc. or like fake deep bball channels lol.

  18. as a pistons media member, and grew up a long time fan. appreciate this
