Zach LaVine would be a bad trade for the Raptors. On the surface, he’s what the Raptors need, but he ‘s not good enough to make the Raptors a real contender, and he’s not young enough to be on Scottie’s timeline. It would be similar to the Jacob trade. A bandaid that just middies the waters.
