Pop benching Wemby in the 4th vs the nuggets shows we probably tanking. It's okay, lots of good ones to pick next year.
if Wemby is going to be moved to 5, I really wish his body frame develops faster so that he can start bulking up a bit

Sochan's 3 point game has definitely improved a lot this season. Usually he'll only shoot a 3 if he's 100 percent comfortable. Dare i say Sochan has been shooting better from 3 than Wemby this season 😂
Fun fact.. We have 14 different lineups with more than 10 minutes played together. 6 lineups have a positive rating. 5 of them are with Wemby.
What blows my mind is the whole "its Tre or Jeremy" thing.. start both of them. Its the most obvious thing and makes the most sense.
I really hope they go with the lineup you said cause i personally think the offense flows better with that line up and have the bench with mamu and zach

I would like to see Wesley, Graham, and Rice see more game action! That would definitely fix some of the point guard issues
So basically we should play the lineup that anyone with common sense expected us to play when Wemby was drafted.
my solution: trade sochan and get something great in return, sochan has some hype but is overrated so it is possible and an easy trade! (sorry if u heard that 100 times and hate it, i watch the games and it is my opinion based on what i have seen so far, and nothing to do with his PG status)

btw, i think a lot of spurs fan are missing the fact that this is basically the fist year of our rebuild, they think we started rebuilding when TD or Kawhi left, and truth is, we have been looking for a cornerstone all this time and we finally found it with wemby so NOW is when the rebuild starts. We have not been rebuilding 5 years or so, if they take that as a fact then its easier to accept that we are going to miss the playoffs one or two more seasons b4 we start competing, and one or two more years before we are really trying to get that ring.
Trading our future to rush thing now would actually hurt us more than it would help us, we would be back at our mediocrity in 3 or 4 seasons.
I’d love to give that starting lineup a shot and see how it performs compared to the current starting crew. This is a year to develop and see what works best.
I like the point about the types of passes they can now throw to Wemby. Everyone had been freaking out over Wemby “not getting the ball” and spurs are selfish and not looking to get him the ball and those people are dumb and not even taking a moment to think
Most of the guys on the team have been playing basketball for 16+ years or around there. They’ve never been able to throw passes like that in their lives and all of a sudden people are acting like it’s as simple as “jUsT tHrOw iT hIgH”
Ive been trying to bring up that point and tell people about how they don’t realize how much of an adjustment it is playing with Wemby whenever i see people whining about that but they don’t seem to understand, they’re dumb

I dont get why we keep complaining about not having a point guard when we have jones and graham rotting on the bench. I know they arent they greatest point guards of all time but at least its something.
I think spurs know that Wemby can’t handle contact down low and also want protect his longevity. So I don’t think he sees extended time at 5. In addition to that Wemby said he doesn’t want play five probably for same reason. That lineup is sick but I worry you need bring Sochan off bench to make work
