Not overreacting. No unsustainable shooting and a top 3 D. Looking at the early season records of teams that had a hot start and fizzled out, none of them started as hot as the Magic. Closest was ‘23 Utah, who started off 11-6 (Magic 12-5 with upcoming back to back home games against WAS) and ended with a 37-45 record.
I'm a magic die hard fans and im happy that the magic got the attention they deserved from everyone. I agree this in-season tournament is essential for building that championship mentality for our guys. Overall for this season, making the playoff and putting up a respectable fight is enough for me. Deep playoff run would be better sure. But we're only two draft from trading vooch and essentially restart our rebuild. So dont want to rush things. I want the magic to be a dynasty for years to come

This is a combination of good rebuilding and GREAT culture. Chemistry is top notch, and anybody can drop 30 (even bench players like Mo Wagner and Cole Anthony). Magic are back!!!
As a fan since ‘89 and a current season ticket holder, we knew this season was going to be special. Especially after winning more than half our games last season after a dismal 5-20 start! We would have made the playoffs if it hadn’t been for the multiple injuries we had in the beginning.

We play them twice more on December 16th and 17th @ Boston! So that should be fun!

Fultz is a starter and not a bench player and Orlando has beaten Boston 5 times going back to last year. I agree with everything else.

It’s super rare to have a top 5 defense as a top 5 youngest team, usually young players don’t know how to play good defense
