  1. Day’Ron has been doing an amazing job in the minutes he has been given.

    15.1 mpg, 6.5 rpg

  2. I don’t know what kind of dark magic Sean Marks used this summer, but keep it up.

The guards box out and the bigs crash. Still surprising being #1 at anything. JV has these guys playing the right way

Some of you looked at rebounding and said a big man (some even said NEXT to Claxton) would be the solution

This is a tall, long team. It’s about having the mindset and allowing the right kinds of shots. This team has the mentality and attention to detail. Still want a bit more physicality from Cam J

I think it’s because of the drop coverage and daring non-shooters to shoot from 3.

It’s because we give up wide open 3s to collapse the paint. We’re giving up one of the highest 3pt rates and we are a bad defense. So our new scheme hasn’t been working

Every single player gives 100% whenever they’re on the floor. Rebounding relies heavily on having two things, solid team defense and playing with energy.

If every player is focused knows their assignment whenever a shot is put up and actually fights to box out and rebound you’re guaranteed to see totals increase.
