They did Moody wrong. I cant see how hes still so composed.

  2. Noiserawker

Really puts the idiocy into perspective…and this is AFTER refs took away 2 of his 3s

  3. CameronPlain

He was actually 5-5 from 3. Two didn’t count. Dude was flaming and Kerr fucking pulled him. Just laughably insane.

  4. Most coaching decisions are criticized after the fact if certain things don’t work out. This is one of the few times where it was obvious in real time that it was a fucking idiotic decision. I have zero faith left in kerr going forward unless he shows some massive changes

  5. a lot of you guys are dying on the hot hand fallacy hill to blast steve kerr. however, steve wasn’t on the court missing shots, getting whistled for ticky-tack shit, turning the ball over, not reacting to traps on time, blowing coverages, and making other mistakes. kerr put in a proven championship lineup to close the game that was on top of the league last season in net rating and they just didn’t hang on against the whistle and sacramento’s shot making. to put it bluntly, our championship 5 failed the assignment last night.

credit to moody for hitting his shots when he was on the floor in the fourth but for the most part he was being completely ignored which was ruining the spacing for our other men on the floor. just because he made 4 shots in one game doesn’t mean he’s earned a place in the closing lineup over steph, klay, wigs, dray, loon or cp3 and gp2, had they not been injured. and there’s no guarantee we’d have done any better last night by bumping someone out in the closing lineup. saying otherwise is fallacious.

edit: downvotes with no retorts. typical.

Kerr committed a basketball sin yesterday. His decision was not based on basketball reasons but a predetermined desire to help Klay get a better contract. Klay’s contract year is not more important than winning. Last year Dray went apeshit because of his contract year. Klay & Dray are not real leaders. That’s not how a leader moves.

Moody is being more professional than Klay. Klay is worth 100 of millions of dollars, how the fuck is he letting another contract kill the vibes of this team singlehandedly? We need to get Klay & Dray to fall in line, nothing is more important than winning. We started the year with right mindset of nothing but winning matters but Klay & Dray are selfishly messing up this team.

According to Kerr’s logic, he’s not ready yet.

Even a blind man can see this from miles away.

“We chose to go with Klay and veterans” because they need more confidence from the coach during touch times. Like they don’t know their coach of 10 years.

  9. would’ve been 6/6 if it wasn’t for 2 3’s getting called off

  10. I had a friend once who went to his manager and wanted a promotion to software engineer iv. He’d had to fight for every promotion he’d gotten, and was begrudgingly given them after 2-3 attempts per level. He had 12 years of experience by this point and did very solid work and had very high production. His manager looked at him and straight up said, “dude, i still see you as an intern.” This is how kerr sees moody. Some people just can’t see growth in a person. They’ll never be good enough. Moody needs to get through his contract and find a new coach.

  11. Fans need to chant Moody’s name so Kerr won’t forget about him.

  12. Bench this man so nobody knows how good he is and tries to steal him from us.

    ~ Kerr probably

  13. If Steve let moody save the day, he won’t be able to keep trotting Klay out there over and over 😔😔

  14. Justtryingtohelp00

Kerr admitted he fucked up. Let’s see how this looks going forward.

  15. lolcat351

Won’t be surprised if Moody choose to go thru RFA and can you blame him? Also think about Pod/TJD/Santos, imagine what kind of message this sends to them. This is a shit show decision that will haunt the Dubs for the rest of this season.

  16. Dr_Kermit

As much as I love Klay, we need give Moody a chance to shine. He’s proved his worth countless times.

  17. changerofbits

Moody has found that sneaky role Poole had in the 2022. Everyone focused on disrupting Steph, Klay not getting any room near the 3pt line, fastest big guy on Wiggs and Moody gets wide open looks.

  18. dragoonrj

This photo needs to be printed and pasted on Kerr’s office door so he sees it everyday

  19. Any-Cupcake-7883

And the “others” was Steph and Wiggins. Steph had a 3, wiggins 1ftm and put back. Disgusting favoritism by Kerr, as usual.
