The hornets #1 player they should be looking at in the trade market is OG from Toronto he’s been on the market for a while now he’s a great defender which is what the hornets need and he can score

One of my favorite in game comments was at a Hornets game a few years back when Batum was struggling & getting mad paid. A group of guys behind me were doing mock trades that involved hot dog vendors & various concessions for Batum. Good stuff.
Imagine rooting for Miles Bridges
Hayward's value is his expiring contract, most of which will be used to re-sign Bridges. Right now he is hindering the first team and should be relegated to coming off the bench along with Rozier. Taking back anything that is long-term makes no sense unless draft capital or a prime younger player is included and i don't believe any team will offer. Buyout makes more sense in the near-term.

Don’t know we need the $30M cap space to offer/resign Bridges? 😬. Ideally yeah… flip Gordon for picks and/or bench support. But i would think the front office wants the cap space by letting GH’s contract expire.
Gordon's shooting has been slightly off this year…short sample size. 20 pts against Celtics key shots made winning time and 27 pts vs. Wizzards… everything else looks like same old Hayward. Plays good defense plays unselfish when his teammates don't hence the lower % I see him open all the time and they don't make the pass besides Melo so he is just missing some shots he normally making….. He does need to add a floater to his game because he doesn't seem too like attacking the rim as much ….but he does draw defense and dish at rim for easy baskets consistently and kicks you to open shooters. Definitely underappreaciated all around game.
