if this is a glimpse into the future chemistry i’m here for it. tough loss but i’ll take it over a 40 point blow out all day.

Played well, but those early turnovers wound up being the deciding factor. Painful loses are a good sign: it means we’re actually in the running to win games.

Absolutely blown away with our three prospects showed up tonight. Wemby looked crisp on defense and locked in everywhere inside the arc. Vassell’s shot looks so pure. And Jeremy had maybe the best game of his young career.

  3. Never respecting Trae Young or his game ever. Basketball terrorist reincarnation of James Harden.

Great game, sucks it’s 13th straight. You cannot convince me that wasn’t a blown call tho at the end. Trae’s foot was still moving as contact was made, it was a blocking foul

Heartbreaking loss but it was still fun to watch. The tank keeps chugging along.

I know we lost but it was fun to see the big four guys all play well

Tough ending boys. But we kept the fight up! Firm believer that Trae Young is a very unlikeable player.

  8. That was a good call from Sochan, despite what the detractors say, calls like those could have easily been a foul on Trae Young. A trip to the line, a made free throw and a Wemby putback off an intentional miss could be a win.

Jeremy had a great game. Wemby looked great but you could tell he was tired in the 4th quarter. Conditioning is definitely something that needs to be worked on / comes along with time.
Trae Young is a killer and turned it on when it mattered most. Hopefully tomorrow we can finally get a win.

  10. The Good

    * Vic, Keldon, Vassell, Jeremy all scored 20+ (Jeremy with 33)

    * Julian playing like prime Danny Green in 2013

    * Tre and Keldon improved on defense

    The Bad

    * the turnovers, holy shit

    * our guys need to improve their stamina, they were already gassed early in the 4th

    * they had good defensive efforts individually, but as a team tho, our defense is still really bad

We’re improving. Losing is not fun, but this is part of the process. Our guys’ improvements are visible both in the eye test and in the stats. We’re the youngest team in this league, it’s only a matter of time before these guys start turning into an elite team

On a less serious note, DJ’s game is fun to watch. As a Spurs fan i wouldve preferred if he played poorly against us, but as a basketball fan, i like watching him play

  11. That man had 33 points tonight he is not your scapegoat

  12. figgnootun

Awesome game from Jeremy tonight. Obviously he’s not the pg of the future but its good to see him playing with confidence

Damn. Feel bad for Sochan. A career game only to get an offensive foul on a game tying attempt. Damn that has got to hurt. Good effort and that was the correct decision, though. It just didn’t go his way.

  14. Loved seeing Jeremy ball tonight after all the criticism he’s been getting.

The development plan is working. The wins will come in time.

my takeaway from this game is that last sochan 3 was smooth and fluid. there was also a rare moment where I thought wemby should’ve passed the ball to sochan for a hero ball 3. it’s a painful loss but I like that there was no 3rd quarter collapse, too bad there was a 4th quarter collapse

  16. Awesome game despite the loss. Guys are definitely developing, actually played the whole 48.

just a friendly reminder Jeremy is still a baller
