Tbf, it’s Over the last 10 which includes 2 games against the wizards, 2 against the bulls, 1 against the blazers who are all teams that have won less than 1/3 of their games this year

The eye test tells me their defense is pretty bad. Whatever Horst needs to do to improve it, do it.

Sure we haven’t had the hardest last 10 games, but it does show improvement over the first 5 which were not great

If you change to the last 15 games when we started putting brook in drop again the defense moves up to 14th and net rating 8th
Looking at the last ten games in comparison shows that we are still getting better and with a 13-6 record I really don’t understand the panic. The eye test shows some concerning things primarily on the defensive end but I’d imagine that will look a bit better once Jae and pat come back. I personally think we should look to acquire a high level wing defender to help shore up the defense at some point but for now I think we as fans should just relax a little bit

There is no cohesion or identity on offense or defense. I don’t see them struggling to learn some scheme, I see them running no scheme at all. This is why they struggle for three quarters. Then, generally, when Dame takes over the offense in the 4th, we make 10 point comebacks because all of a sudden we have consistency and rhythm instead of doing whatever the hell we do for the first 3 quarters.

The eye test is super important with regards to measuring up against quality teams and pisspoor teams. Both of which is not a passing grade

yeah at least for me I don’t pay much attention to that analytics stuff I’m gonna bank on the eye test. We can’t defend anyone. How many comfortable wins have we had so far? Yesterday was bad as well. That bulls team isn’t even trying anymore yet we still lost
