Say what you want about his determination and effort, Karl’s skill set and talent can’t be replaced at the 4-5 position. You keep guys like that 10/10 times. He’s still young and I don’t think we’ve seen his best yet. This is Ants team but we have to keep KAT here as well.
Interesting to see the ball movement and the pace of play increase with Edwards out of the lineup. I hope spending some time watching the team from the sidelines allows Edwards an opportunity to visualize what he can do better as a playmaker within this offense. They looked really out of sorts at the end of the game though. Finch needs to figure out why they are always losing their focus like that. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's a bad habit.
Shake Milton defenders had another bad night. He got the 2nd most bench minutes of anyone on the team and we continue to get the same result. another 0fer from the 3pt line. In fact, the only one on the bench to make a 3 was Nix. He's not good and there's no reason to continue to give him minutes until you absolutely have to. Nix 3pt shot looked much better out there than Milton's did by a mile. Just hilarious that these clown's keep showing up in my comments to rush to his defense. You're not winning this battle. He shouldn't be playing. It's really that simple.
It was such a buzzkill to watch Nix, TBJ, and NAW out there with the offense humming and see it die instantly the moment MIlton and Anderson checked into the game together. What a terrible bench combo. Anderson has had a rough go. The guy's shot looks terrible. At least he got to the rim a few times and at the very least attempted an open 3. Not sure what the hell you do with him at this point. He's not awful with the ball in his hands, but he can't shoot and team's are playing off of him waiting for him to pass or drive to the rim.
Everyone who hilariously thought Naz Reid is a starter is getting to see exactly why that is just a ridiculous idea. He doesn't show up every night and that's okay. He's a really good bench guy. That's the perfect role for him. That's why he wanted to stay here lol.
