Free Throw Defensive Fan Tactics

With the clear effectiveness of Diar’s strategy during the play ins last year, why have we seen a surge in this strategy?

To be clear the strategy would be going to away games and shrieking/any load distracting noise during the players windup. Obviously home games you get the fans jeering throughout the free throw process, but that’s different from the silence for the home team into a single distracting loud noise during the release motion.

Are people trying it, but Diar is the goat defensive fan?
