Paolo Banchero tallied 19 points, 10 rebounds and 8 assists for the Magic. The Nets improve to 10-9 on the season, while the Magic fall to 14-6.

Magic definitely didn't play well this game off of a back-to-back (jet lagged legs for sure, it seemed). And the Nets played really well and were making everything to start this game, so credit to them of course. But, didn't help that the officiating was unbelievably horrible. Have watched every single Magic game so far this year and this one was easily the worst officiated game. It was laughable. These are the kind of situations that has fans wondering about certain games being "rigged" by the NBA…

Dang, I know its back to back games for the Magic, but you figure they would be hyped a little bit more than they were for a chance at 10 wins in a row and the all time Magic record. They were lackadaisical out there to say the least. What it showed is that we need a leader. Maybe if we paid them 50 million a year they would have been a little more motivated to win.
