    He grabbed at his lower left ribs as he went to take FTs late in the 2nd half and made an oooh face and I wonder if he got hit there pretty hard and it was bothering him all second half.

    Clippers got the personnel to play great D. Isnā€™t that why theyā€™ve always been considered as potential contenders? What I saw is Warriors playing up to their potential to dominate the first half and the Clippers playing up to theirs to win the game. Few teams could hold Steph to 1-9.

    I am a Warriors fan. Kawhi did this to Steph. Kawhi has always owned the Warriors. It was terrible for competition when Zaza screwed him up.

    If Steph takes the last shot I can live with itā€¦ even cold him shooting from almost anywhere with Kawhi on him is better than dray in the cornerā€¦

    This style of play worked for them when they were younger, and able to defend. They’ve aged, and don’t defend well…..and they haven’t adjusted. At this point, they probably can’t.

    Which also means they canā€™t stop anybody on defense.

    They owned the 3rd quarter, now they lose leads in the second half. The young Warriors could play hard both halves. The old Warriors canā€™t.
